Bela Mar Refugio a Beira-Mar no Coração do Funchal

Beautiful view from the balcony and good starting point to explore the island.

Pros: Very nice view over the city and ocean. Appartment was well prepared and equipped. I think it a good value for money and if You have a car it's a good spot to sightsee Funchal and the whole island.

Cons: The whole building is not the newest one and it would need to be renovated to keep up to today's standards. There is a problem with No. of parking spaces, You have to be lucky to get one. The owner gives the card to the parking, but it is not guaranteed there will be a free spot.

Definitely one of my best stays so far.

Pros: It was truly amazing, tidy, great view and affordable price. We were a group of 3 friends staying there, perfect size and great location. Everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out, Mariela was very helpful as well. 100% recommend!

Cons: Parking is a bit tricky as there are many cars and limited space, and the road is very steep (as most of Madeira), but we always managed.

Pros: Widok z balkonu jest cudowny ! Mieszkanie było dla Nas jak najbardziej w porządku :) Właścicielka też jest przesympatyczna i pomocna osoba więc bardzo polecam :) Na parkingu tylko jednego wieczoru nie znaleźliśmy miejsca, ale było 2 min spacerkiem od miejsca więc w porządku :)

Cons: Jedyny minus to drzwi do łazienki, strasznie ciężko się je przesuwa 🥺

Piękny widok

Pros: Najlepszy byl widok z balkonu, w apartamencie były podstawowe rzeczy: aneks kuchenny z mikrofalówka. Suszarka , ręczniki i mydło w płynie w łazience. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy butelkę wina i ciasteczka - bardzo miły gest

Cons: Apartament z szklanymi drzwiami w łazience - bardzo niekomfortowe, brak zmywarki do naczyń.

Pros: Localização, é complexo de piscinas do outro lado da estrada

Estadia fantástica

Pros: Localização, prontidão e simpatia de atendimento nas questões colocadas.

Cons: Estava tudo excepcional

Pros: E vista é um espetáculo. O apartamento é funcional e aconchegante, mesmo sendo pequeno. A piscina e as áreas comuns estavam sempre limpas.

Praticità.

Pros: Posizione ottima per girare in autonomia, ma anche per raggiungere il centro di Funchal a piedi (2 km). Apprezzato l'angolo cottura; apprezzato pure la lavatrice. Inoltre il gestore ci ha fatto trovare 1 bottiglia di vino e dei biscotti! I posti auto risicati, ma il gestore ci ha rimborsato prontamente il costo del parcheggio privato, per cui nulla da accepire.

Cons: Io metterei un tavolino più piccolo in terrazzo; anche il frigorifero potrebbe essere più piccolo. Ma sono valutazioni personali.
