Outstanding, Huge Apartment...Brilliant location
Pros: Amazing location 👌. Transport links brilliant . It's at the entrance to Forum Maderia Shopping Mall . It's a brilliant and very well ran Complex . We thought it would be noisy but it wasn't. It was exceptionally clean and my Alexis the owner is extremely easy to communicate with . Highly recommend this massive apartment.
Cons: The extractor fan unfortunately allows smells from other apartments cooking and this is very hard to control . We didn't use the cooker once to cook with but from 5pm to 8/9pm the whole apartment was full of cooking smells . I think it's a difficulty with a central extraction vent system in the Apartment block . But apart from this everything else was outstanding and all facilities are working perfectly apart from cooking smells at dinner times .

It was excellent!
Pros: We liked everything! Convenient location, parking spot, supermarket nearby, public transport station just across road, easy access. Very spacious, very clean, fully equipped with everything necessary for a stay, the bed was massive and very comfortable, nice view. The host was very friendly and responsive. We really appreciate it. No issues whatsoever. We would recommend and we would book the appointment again! Thank you very much!

Short walks to the walking promenade with very nice view Bus to old central Funchal I recommend
Pros: Clean spacious and well equipped Parking lot is a big plus. Busses in front of the building Located in the adjacent building to shopping mall Which actually for me was a minus But it depends
Cons: Located at the shopping mall open till 23 For me it was a minus The flat is on the 1 st floor so you can hear the street and the shoppers It was not very bothering for me but for early sleep goers might be an issue

We had a good stay at the apartment.
Pros: The apartment was very nice and has it own parking space, and good location, near the restaurants, groceries and highway. The bed was large and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive.
Cons: Although the apartment had a lot of facilities (washing machine, dish washer) there was very few detergent and none for the dish washer. So you either buy an entire box of detergent or you do not use the facilities that you were looking for when you booked the apartment. The overall apartment needs to be renovated, as there were spots on the walls and doors. Not all balcony doors are locking properly. The coffee machine had no coffee cups (at least 1 for example) and we bought by error cups for another coffee machine.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu plaża, sklepy oraz centrum. Obiekt czysty zadbany, w środku winda z której można dostać się na darmowy parking.
Cons: Brak klimatyzacji, z prysznica czasami po puszczeniu ciepłej wody leciała zimna i potem znowu ciepła i znowu zimna..

Perfect pentru un sejur mai lung.
Pros: Apartamentul arata foarte bine, luxos, bucătărie complet echipata, patul confortabil, parcare subterana. Este situat lângă zona comerciala și ai la îndemână tot ce îți trebuie.
Cons: Având în vedere ca am stat 8 zile ar fi mers sa avem cel puțin 2 rânduri de prosoape pentru baie și un loc în care am fi putut usca mai rapid hainele. În baie nu exista nici ventilație, aerisire.
