Pros: - parking in the building, very convenient - Marco, the host of the apartment, sent me a lot of useful information about different places, restaurants, cafes, etc. to visit - comfy small balcony with a nice view - good location, ~10 minutes walk to the big shopping mall, also there are several bars and cafes not far away (e.g. Milú Bar or Castelo dos Hamburguers) -all kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. everything you may need during your stay after hikes

Cons: - the room and furniture needs at least a little cosmetic repair/renovation, especially sofa and wardrobe - mosquito nets on the windows would be useful

Pros: Apartment was great with everything you could need for your stay. Great parking in garage and you don't have to worry if you are renting a car. You can go to the city centre by foot and also you can use Bolt for reasonable price. Also Marco is great, he provided us with additional info about places in Funchal we could go and also was at his disposal during our stay.

Pros: The apartment is very nice, walking distance to the city center and it has a private parking place in the garage, which is great. Marco is an excellent host, he was very responsive and met us at our arrival and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Highly recommended.

Pros: The property was excellent, very cleaned and visually beautiful. It conforms a confortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the owner was really kind. He welcomed us providing some food as well. I recommend it without any doubt.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and comfortable. All was clean and well kept. The position is also great, walking distance from the centre and well placed for taking the highway by car Parking makes car renting very easy. There is a group of cats living in front of the building and I hop future tourists can support their feeding. <3

Cons: The kitchen includes some basics (like sugar, salt, oil and coffee) which is super cool. I was missing some kitchen tools like a peeler, a proper working knife, and 2 breakfast bowls, but this is only if you wish to cook when you are there (we tend to cook our lunches, as we are out for hikes).

Pros: Marco's apartment is very nice. The apartment is spacious and clean, there are all the necessary things. Good location. Marco is very caring, provided a lot of practical information for a holiday in Madeira. Thanks to him, we rented a car based on his recommendations. Recommended place to stay!
