Great location and great staff.

Pros: Staff were great. Good food variety. Great location to walk into Funchal. The drinks were branded.

Cons: Did not enforce the towel on beds rule. Gym outdated. Needs upgrade on the building.

Brilliant family holiday. Fantastic pool and great entertainment team!

Pros: Food, pool and entertainment team were fantastic. This was a really great holiday and brilliant value for money! Breakfast buffet was really good and lots of fresh fruit.

Cons: Kids club could be better, along with more varied evening entertainment. Live music should be outside rather than in the conference room type set up.

Excellent place for a stay in Funchal

Pros: An excellent stay. The room was a comfortable and quiet retreat with a very plush bed. The food was a real highlight, offering an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options at every meal. The pools were well-maintained and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Best of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, truly going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, great service but aging facilities.

Pros: The staff was awesome, the food excellent. Rooms with AC and great beds. Everyone was nice and welcoming. They made us forget anything negative.

Cons: The gym was old and incomplete, and the spa had some broken/unavailable facilities. But both were still good. The stone floor close to the swimming pool was super slippery. I saw at least 20 kids fall(happily without any injuries) but a boy got his feet injured and bleed quite a lot. I think some anti slippery surfaces should be added on the wettest places near the main pool.

An amazing hotel, staff and experience!

Pros: EVERYTHING. The staff couldn't have done more, everyone that I came across were polite, helpful and couldn't have done enough for me. Food again plenty to choose from and always loved every meal. This is an amazing hotel with great people. They even treated my daughters birthday with a such personal touch, and she was made up.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: I would have liked to have had a kettle and coffee cups in my room.

Great hotel for a family holiday

Pros: Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and good variety of delicious food!!

Cons: The only thing I would change is I would skip the loud animation and music around the pools between 2 and 5pm but a lot of guests seem to join in.

Pros: - Super friendly and helpful Reception Manager - All-inclusive package that covers everything, including drinks - Good quality food with plenty of fish, fresh fruits, and veggies - Flexible, including the possibility of having lunch after checkout - Upgraded to a great room on the 10th floor with an ocean view - Nice, refreshing infinity pool - Amazing kids club with fantastic animators (Bea, Eduarda, and Vanessa) - Affordable babysitting service

Cons: - Limited garden space (only small areas of greenery) - The hotel is a large development, and dinners can feel busy and noisy - Spa/wellness area is rather average
