Pros: The apartment was functional has everything you need for the stay. There was bottle of water and some fruit in the fridge which was a nice accent. Double bed in the bedroom was comfortable.
Cons: The works are done on the site next to apartment which is nobody's fault but it could be noisy. The host doesn't speak English we don't speak Portuguese so had to use Google translate. In most of the places I stayed in the past I was communicating with the host via WhatsApp which was much quicker and convenient, Maria was sending messages via Booking com. Sofa not comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: the location is very good, closed to the port and center city but there is a construction of a new big building just next to the place. the small apartment I've rent was perfect to me as I used it only to sleep, I was out all day long - from sunrises to sunsets.
Cons: climatic is not available, October is fine but in a more hot period it will be a problem Mosquito protection for windows and doors can be very useful no beautiful view, as that apartment is on ground flour

Great apartment
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The room was spacious enough for two people, with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the practical amenities like the iron and hairdryer.
Cons: The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, which could make the room a bit uncomfortable at times. A fan was provided, but unfortunately it didn’t really help with cooling the room.

Pros: The apartment is clean and nice with useful kitchen. There is a nice park right next to it. Location is good, around 10 minutes walk from downtown. There were free parking spots on the steep parallel street, or paid parking even closer.
Cons: The kitchen cabinets under the kitchen sink had moldy smell when opened.

Pros: Enjoyed staying here. Great location, walking distance to city center and all sights. Apartment was clean, cosy. Easy check in and check out. Owner was kind and very responsive.

Pros: Big appartment with all needed equipment in the kitchen. Balcony with a nice view to the city
Cons: Keys were not in the indicated place [safe]. After long trip, it was not a pleasant suprise. Lack of parking spot even it this is indicated in booking [it was a requirement for me while searching the appartments]

Pros: Everything was fine. Kitchen is simply equipped which is sufficient. Comfortable bed, sofa which we also used for sleeping was OK. The room is a good size for 2 people. There were three of us, but considering that we only slept here, it was OK. I appreciate that there was a washing machine. Parking in the area was possible, we always found a place nearby and it was free. I recommend this place.

Pros: The accommodation was as described. Its location is good, not far from the city center and the port.
Cons: There is a large construction site right next to the accommodation. From 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., construction noises can be heard. Since we were away from the accommodation during the day, the noise was not very disturbing.

Pros: Great location, perfect communication with the owners. Everything what we needed. We stayed there with a group of 10. Washing machine, place to sit and chill, we rented 3 apartments. Great, can recommend :)
