Infante Home

A stunningly beautiful island to which we will definitely return and would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Pros: Beautiful sunny apartment with an amazing view over the port and a superb location close to restaurants, shops and many sights. It was beautifully furnished, particularly the bedrooms which had really good beds and lots of closet space. Access was very easy and we were met by a lovely girl who gave us the keys.

Cons: Nothing really. There was a small problem with the shower which overflowed but it was easy to mop it up.

Great stay!

Pros: Great location, views from the balcony, washmachine

Cons: The building is on the older side, the hallways are dark and the elevator is tiny

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a great central location in Funchal. Views of the sea and Marina. Apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Nice location with views of the port. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars in town.

Pros: It was a handy location, close to the port and an easy walk into town. You have a nice view from the balcony. It was very clean and we enjoyed the welcome bottle of Madeira wine.

Cons: The drain in the shower was blocked and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom.

Wonderful location and a beautiful view

Pros: Location and the view of marina is wonderful. Parking is a big problem in Funchal, I was offered a parking place a few minutes to the apartment with a 12 Euro per day parking fee, it makes the life easier. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Communication: It was not possible to get feedback on early checkin option question until the day of checkin. No place offered for storage of luggage until the 3 pm entry. No checkin desk. Until the checkin it was difficult to have communication. Communication was via central call center looking after several booking locations. However after the checkin hour passed the central contact person responding the phone at booking page guided us to a local person, then the communication with the local person bringing the keys and parking pass worked smoothly.

Great place to stay!

Pros: The property was fantastic and had everything we needed and the balcony was a major plus with views over the harbour. So central to everything we did. We will be back!

Cons: Nothing really. Very minor issue with the shower not draining away quickly.

Perfect stay in Funchal

Pros: Beautiful clean apartment in a fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Balcony was so lovely to relax on and looks right out on the harbour. Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Madeira.

Would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Pros: Beautiful and very well renovated apartment in a great location with an exceptional and interesting sea views from 3 rooms and the balcony.

Cons: This isn't a criticism but a recommendation. Because the curtains are so expensive it would be advisable to instruct guests how to open and close them to avoid damage. Mats for cups and an extra pillow would be useful. We visited in March and may be in summer a blind on the balcony would be beneficial.

Large old town apartment

Pros: Great spacious apartment in the old town and with a view of the harbour.

Cons: The communal area is a bit dark in the old building (but the apartment itself is fresh, spacious and gets great light)

One of the best trips so far. Will definitely come back!

Pros: Clean, newly renovated. Best location-taxi station 20 m, super market 100 m, marina and city centre 5 minutes away . Managers are always ready to help with any questions!

Cons: Everything was fine
