Great apartment - amazing views.
Pros: View was brilliant. Location good, easy walking distance to all things in the old Town. Kitchen well equipped with things like salt, oil etc. which is really good. We were there during the cruise season , so great watching them come and go.
Cons: Some noise from people on the front late at night. Mainly Saturday/ Sunday. Not the fault of the apartment, just that sound carries.

Amazing location
Pros: Fantastic location, great views over the marina. We had a lot of meals out on the balcony. Really nice shower. Useful kitchen area.
Cons: Bathroom door could do with a lock.

Very enjoyable and comfortable!
Pros: Very central, close to the waterfront and the city of Funchal! Well equipped and very comfortable! Beautifully furnished and the view is really great.

Piekne widoki, wspaniała roslinnośc , ciepło w zimie, slońce, ocean.
Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje sie w świetnym miejscu miasta. Wszędzie blisko, a widoki z okna niezapomniane. Wewnątrz bardzo wygodne lózka, świetna łazienka i kuchnia ze wszystkim co może sie przydac. Wygodny balkon.
Cons: Może tylko stolik na balkonie jest zbyt duzy jak na taka powierzchnię.

Pros: Месторасположение и вид из окна просто супер. Все окна выходят на океан. Место на стоянке прямо возле выхода из лифта. Лифт идёт прямо со стоянки до квартиры.
Cons: Если будет большая семья, то 1 туалет это мало. Но нас было двое, поэтому это было не критично.

Pros: Das Apartment ist schön geräumig, 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Alle Räume sind schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gab auch extra Sachen, wie Einkaufstaschen, Luftmatraze und Werkzeug.
Cons: Ein Nachbar hat draußen geraucht, ziemlich oft. Somit konnten wir nicht auf dem Balkon essen und auch das Lüften mussten wir immer unterbrechen. Der Verkehr draußen war ziemlich laut. In der Nacht etwas besser, aber die Motorräder waren trotz geschlossenem Fenster in der ersten Nacht sehr unangenehm. Ich musste Ohrstöpsel verwenden. Die anderen Nächte waren deutlich besser.

Pros: Ubicación, tamaño, cama, y balcon(vistas). Además tenía muchos complementos, prismáticos, guías de Madeira, puzzles, velas, cocina muy bien equipada, sombreros, paraguas, etc
Cons: El baño podría mejorar (la propietaria comentó que está para cambiar). La limpieza también podría mejorar, el extractor del baño tenía muchísimo polvo y las fundas de algunas butacas estaban muy sobadas

Ideaal om Madeira te ontdekken.
Pros: Ligging is perfect. Zeer centraal om het eiland te bezoeken. Gelegen in het centrum van Funchal, alles op wandelafstand. Appartement zeer goed uitgerust. Goede bedden, terras met zicht op de haven, keuken, prive parking in de ondergrondse garage, ... Op slechts 20min rijden van de luchthaven. Eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk.
Cons: Het kan ´s nachts nogal luidruchtig zijn op straat. Er is ook een bar op zo´n 200m van het verblijf die luide muziek spelen. Er is geen echte airco aanwezig. Maar het koelde onze periode (eind juni, begin juli) ´s avonds genoeg af om deze niet echt nodig te hebben.

Superbe Séjour en famille.
Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé, confortable pour une famille de 4 . Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Avoir un parking, privé pour la voiture de location, en sous sol, c'est très bien. Superbe vue de jour comme de nuit. Le plus, une boulangerie juste en face pour du pain frais au petit déjeuner. Ferias maravilhosas.

Definitely worth experiencing this place in the heart of Funchal, even if just for a moment
Pros: The apartment is very stylish, decorated with good taste and comfortable beds. The view from the windows is delightful day and night. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or right next door in the Ritz café.
Cons: The apartment was great, only the corridor in the building is a bit old.
