Almost Perfect :)

Pros: Perfect, spacious, fully equipped with balkony and garage

Cons: Missing soap and shampoo - it is minor minus, but today it is standard to have those in every apartment, even low budget

Great experience for a reasonable price

Pros: The host was super nice; he came to personally hand us over the key, explain how to use it, and give us a tour of the apartment. A complimentary bottle of wine, tea, and coffee were waiting in the kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. A parking spot in a locked garage was included in the price of the rental.

Cons: If you’re not renting a car, getting from the apartment to the area with most restaurants, etc. can be a bit tricky, as you’ll need to walk downhill for about 30-40 mins. But by car it’s only about 10 mins or less and there are also multiple bus options (or Bolt which is not too expensive, either)!

Pros: Comfortable and spacious apartment, nearby a large supermarket and a big plus is your own place in the underground parking. A bottle of wine is very nice. Marco also explained everything very well and recommended places and establishments.

Cons: there is a washing machine but no detergent, they left only one bag for the garbage can for 8 days, there are pans and pots but no oil, vinegar and at least salt and pepper. only because of this the rating is not maximum. Improve this and you will have the best reviews. and for the next residents we bought laundry detergent, garbage bags and spices.

Pros: The owner showed up to the property within 10 mins of me arriving and showed me how to use everything in the apartment. I like how the apartment was very well and you have a beautiful view from the balcony.

Pros: Большой просторный номер. В двух минутах супермаркет. Находится рядом с трассой, так что удобно выезжать и вьезжать в город. Подземный паркинг тоже огромный плюс, т.к в этом районе сложно припарковаться. Но если нет машины - мы пару раз ездили на автобусе, отсюда он тоже ходит удобно до самого центра города

Pros: Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Supermarkt ect. gleich um die ecke und mit dem auto in wenigen Minuten in funchal bzw. Bei einigen tollen Restaurants! Der Balkon ist super! Recht große Wohnung und es fehlt nichts

Cons: Das kochgeschirr ist schon recht alt und könnte mal erneuert werden. Nicht schlimm aber das könnte man bemängeln
