Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, clean, has everything you need for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the garage was the most useful thing for us.

Lovely. I would come again if it wasn't so expensive.
Pros: Location was fantastic - close enough from old Funchal to be able to drive in 15 mins, or to drive to the Highway in 10 mins, and there was hardly any traffic. The apartment had wonderful views of the sea and a dedicated parking spot in the basement, couldn't have asked for more. Washing machine, dishwasher, elevator, everything was great.
Cons: Hard to think of anything except the price - it's quite expensive.

Overall an excellent and flat, in a strategic location, with all the amenities you could need
Pros: The flat was lovely and very spacious, with stunning views from the kitchen and one of the bedroom. You had all kinds of amenities in the kitchen and even access to a washing machine which came in very handy. A cleaning lady also came in mid-week which was really appreciated. The host was very communicative and gave clear instructions on how to access the flat and the WiFi. The location of the flat was perfect as you can reach every spot on the island in under an hour (by car).
Cons: A couple of things to be aware of, the area can be a bit noisy at night, thankfully we are not light sleepers but you can clearly hear the building's elevator at night going up and down, as well as some noises from surrounding streets, but none of that can be really helped. The only thing I would say that can be improved is the door lock, which was incredibly stiff and sometimes took ages to work.

Pros: The location was quite out of the city but with carpark access and bus routes made getting to the city very easy. The sitting room, balcony and kitchen were all really nice.
Cons: There was music playing from the street late into the evening. being a tourist felt kinda unsafe walking past where the music was coming from on the street but it was easy to avoid.

Pros: Відмінно укомплектована квартира. Чисто, комфортно, сучасно. Розташування було для нас ідеальним, це пов'язано з метою нашої поїздки.
Cons: Декілька днів не працював ліфт. Але ми були попереджені про це хазяїном.

Pros: El alojamiento está en muy buenas condiciones y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Por poner alguna pega el secador no funcionaba muy bien, recomiendo cambiarlo; y el sofá cama no es lo más cómodo del mundo pero es amplio.

Pros: Muy equipado desde elementos de cocina, básico de condimentos, hasta de limpieza. Muy cómodo para 4 personas está más que bien! Muy limpio, cómodo el colchón y las almohadas... La cochera en el mismo edificio y el acceso a la misma es muy cómoda.
Cons: Solo cuenta con un ascensor y son 6 pisos.

Piso muy amplio, limpio, mucha luz, vistas al mar, parquing con bien acceso.
Pros: Nos hemos movido muy bien con el transporte público y nuestro coche de alquiler, el apartamento cuenta con una plaza de garaje de fácil acceso. Piso muy iluminado, amplio, colchones y almohadas, muy confortables. Totalmente recomendable.

Polecam pobyt u tego właściciela!
Pros: Bardzo fajne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co tak naprawdę potrzeba a nawet i więcej, co miło nas zaskoczyło! Każde pomieszczenie bardzo czyste. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zastrzeżeń i problemów. Nawet własne miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. Bardzo polecam na pobyt we dwoje jak i większą grupą!
Cons: Zgodnie z poprzednimi opiniami - winda hałasuje jadąc w górę czy w dół - prawdopodobnie silnik napędzający jest dosłownie przy samym mieszkaniu. Nie jest to na tyle uciążliwe żeby nie móc spać w nocy, ale czasem bez przerwy było ją słychać. Potem się zepsuła, więc było dużo spokoju, aż za cicho :)

Pros: W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo przydała nam się pralka. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Miła niespodzianka w postaci pralinek Lindor, które uwielbiam. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i nawet w trakcie tygodniowego pobytu był personel sprzątający. Dzielnica bezpieczna i zawsze było gdzie zaparkować.
Cons: Bardzo głośno, winda i sąsiedzi budzili w nocy. Daleko od centrum bo ponad 50min na piechotę. Mógłby być lepszy kontakt z właścicielem bo przez to że przekierowali nasz lot i nie mogłam się skontaktować był to dla mnie spory stres.
