Very nice and big place with great pools and views

Pros: Very spacious and clean, great balcony, 3 nice pools, big bedrooms. Very nice private parking garage (though tight corners).

Cons: Most doors not closing properly, washing machine door was broken (but will soon be fixed), not that much plates and glasses (just enough for 4). Not a lot of sun on the terrace

Pros: Location, view, cleaning,...everything. Mariana met us and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: That we didn't stay longer.😒😒

Old Funchal is lovely. It’s a shame there is so much construction on the outskirts.

Pros: A spacious apartment with views towards the sea. Ricardo was very helpful.

Cons: No one explained how the door to apartment worked so found ourselves locked out. Ricardo came quickly to help but not ideal. The beds are very very uncomfortable. Not enough crockery. A welcome pack would be helpful - recommendations for restaurants/supermarkets/buses/taxis. Helpful until you find your own way around. In addition, to arrive having travelled most of the day to find nothing - no milk, not even a snack was disappointing and unusual. Further out of Funchal than I realised when booking, although walkable.

Perfect

Pros: The apartment was well designed and proportioned for our party of 4 friends. It was clean and fully equipped for all our needs, modern, comfortable and true to all photographs. The swimming pools and gardens were beautiful and the location was great for beaches, bars, and some good restaurants

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t enjoy about our stay

Exceptional

Pros: We (a family of four) had a beautiful stay! We enjoyed especially the pool and the spacious tarace with a sunset view. The super market is located 2 minutes from the apartment and the city is only a walk away. We recommend staying in the apartment :)

Cons: Always could be something improved. But it doesn't change our minds: the stay was fantastic!

Amazing Stay in Madeira

Pros: We just lived everything with the beautiful Madeira Palace apartment ! We had a fantastic stay; spacious rooms; well kitchen equipped; the gardens and polls with the spectacular views, ( last poll is infinity outstanding view); location very close to hearth of Funchal; I had to work and Wi-Fi connection was really stable; Ricardo also make our stay better with their recommendations, many thanks to him. We will comeback soon
