Location, location, location!
Pros: As is normal on most Portuguese properties, there was a sewer smell and the beds were hard. EVERYTHING else was spectacular.

Perfect location
Pros: Perfect location for views, shops, buses.. nice spacious apartment..and easy and helpful communication .. parking place by lift.. walk to sea
Cons: Some appliances, bathroom fans.. ABIT broken.. closeness to shops lead to odd unwanted insect

Pros: The ocean view was a treat as was the space we enjoyed in the apartment. Also very handy to the shopping mall / supermarket. Handy enough to the waterfront walk. Quiet apartment.
Cons: My partner was not happy with the worn looking pillow slips and a towel that had a large hole in it. Cockroaches were evident, which may well be a problem on the island. Again not such a problem for me who has lived in beach areas where cockroaches thrive, but my partner was jumping onto chairs , such to my amusement :)

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, and on the last floor (6th), so it has a nice view of the ocean and the Cabo Girao cliff. It was great to have breakfast on the balcony and to see the sunset colours in the evening. We even saw the dolphins jumping out in the water one day from the balcony. It is convienently located, close to Formosa beach (main one in Funchal) and to Doca do Cavacas (nice natural pools). It is right behind Madeira Forum (the main shopping mall in Funchal), so you can buy everything you need. It has its own underground parking spot which is very handy if you rent a car like we did.
Cons: The windows are old so they aren't very sound proof. If you are very sensitive to outside noise you might be bothered by that, but for a regular person it's acceptable. I would change the stove in the kitchen, as the burners are iffy to turn on (had to try multiple times to keep them on).

Spełniliśmy nasze marzenia na Maderze! :)))
Pros: Wszystko!!! Fantastyczny duży, wygodny, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament. Wszystko się zgadzało, bardzo polecam! Zdecydowane 10 na 10! Duży apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem, było tak naprawdę wszystko, niczego nam tam nie brakowało. Apartament czysty, przestronny z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko sklepy, bary, restauracje - rewelacja! Bardzo polecamy i raz jeszcze dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje na fantastycznej Maderze! :)))

Polecam. Jedyną wadą tego mieszkania to hałas dochodzący z klimatyzacji z pobliskiego centrum handlo
Pros: Z balkonu przepiękny widok na Ocean Atalntycki i Cabo Girao, Z drugiej strony mieszkania, przy dobrej pogodzie, widać Pico Ruivo. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone (pralko-suszarka, zmywarka do naczyń, kuchenka gazowa z piekarnikiem, mikrofalówka, lodówka), dwie łazienki, balkon. Po tygodniu wymieniono nam pościel na czystą. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, dobrze skomunikowane miejsce, w pobliżu sklepy, liczne wypożyczalnie samochodów.
Cons: Hałas klimatyzacji z pobliskiego centrum handlowego. Trzeba było spać przy zamkniętym oknie.

Foi uma estadia muito, muito agradável!
Pros: Gostei muito da localização, e do apartamento em geral.
Cons: Só foi pena não ter ar condicionado e as camas não eram confortáveis. O resto era ótimo.

Czysty i bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany apartament
Pros: Apartament nie jest najnowszy i widać upływ czasu, ale jest wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia (poza klimatyzacją) oraz co najważniejsze, jest mega czysty. Na prawdę robi to wrażenie. Czystość to drugi poza lokalizacją największy atut tego apartamentu. Rozsądnie wyceniony
Cons: Jedyne czego nam brakowało, to klimatyzacja.
