Friendly, comfortable and convenient

Pros: Really friendly welcome, clean, comfortable, fairly close to the beach and with a supermarket nearby. There are also buses that go to Funchal and to the west of the island outside the Forum mall. Definitely recommended.

Cons: No complaints from me

Pros: Highly reccomend this place :) perfect localization, free spacious parking, close to the Praia Formosa wich is the best free beach in Funchal. We were very warm wellcomed. Very clean and really well equipped appartment. Want to come back already ❤️

The name obliges, for a week we really felt like we were living in Madeira! :)

Pros: The accommodation is centrally located and the surroundings are wonderful. There are also small shops, restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The apartment is well equipped, clean, the balcony overlooks the ocean. You have to pay for parking on the street, so a fantastic option is the underground garage that belongs to the apartment and is included in the price, because it is very important to have a car in Madeira. The hosts are fairies. They provided entertainment, excursion and car rental offers and even had a fruit bowl prepared and chilled filtered water in the fridge. Everything was great! Madeira is a miracle, we will definitely be back! :)

Pros: Fint läge med solig balkong, lugnt läge. Nära till bra köpcentrum. Rent och ombonat. Mycket god kontakt och service från uthyraren.

Dobra lokalizacja

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, duży plus za parking podziemny. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, niczego nie brakowało. Obok mieszkania znajduje się galeria handlowa, w tym też supermarket, niedaleko bardzo fajne restauracje (polecamy Alforno i Loft brunch). Piękna promenada w okolicy w stronę Câmara de Lobos.

Cons: Po odbiorze mieszkania w pierwszy dzień nie było do końca posprzątane - było dużo włosów w łazience i jakieś stare ręczniki w koszu na pranie. Mieliśmy 2 karaluchy w mieszkaniu, ale po zawiadomieniu, podobno został rozpylony jakiś specyfik na te robale. Więcej ich nie spotkaliśmy, ale za to pełno ich w garażu. Lepiej nie zostawiać żadnego jedzenia, bo w 5 minut pojawia się plaga mrówek. Sprzątanie mieszkania w trakcie naszego pobytu odbyło się raz (byliśmy 10 dni) i byliśmy zadowoleni :)

Pros: Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Späte Anreise (ca.23:30 Uhr) war ebenfalls kein Problem, wir wurden von Vitória sehr nett empfangen und erhielten auch eine Flasche Wein, Kaffee und Typische Madeira-Kekse zur Begrüßung. Danke auch an das restliche Team! Das Apartment war voll ausgestattet und in unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Einkaufszentrum ein Vape Shop oder das Lokal Hoyo Hoyo (gleich neben dem Eingang) welches sehr empfehlenswert ist =), sowie viele weitere Lokale. Die Tiefgarage ist ein plus, wer nicht auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sein möchte, sollte sich ein Auto mieten, denn nicht alle Wanderwege sind per Bus auf der Insel erreichbar. Der Strand (Praia Formosa od. Piscinas Naturais da Doca do Cavacas) ist zu Fuß ca. 10 min entfernt und in die Stadt kommt man in ca. 60 min (mit dem Auto ca. 12 min).

een mooi en zeer compleet appartement, waar jij je echt thuis kan voelen

Pros: We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Vitória. Ze had fruit, een fles witte wijn en cupjes voor de nespresso meegenomen. We werden op de hoogte gebracht toen het appartement klaar was, waardoor we na een lange en vermoeiende reis veel eerder konden inchecken. Onder het gebouw was de mogelijkheid om de auto veilig te stallen. In het appartement was alles aanwezig, ook die dingen die je wel nodig hebt (zout, kruiden, olijfolie etc. etc.) maar niet zo gauw mee zal nemen. Er was een moderne wasmachine en een vaatwasser, inclusief de benodigde wasmiddelen, aanwezig Het appartement lag op de 3e etage met uitzicht op zee en met uitzicht op Forum Madeira, een groot en modern winkelcentrum. In de buurt een grote supermarkt en meerdere restaurantjes. We voelden ons zeer welkom, mede door de zeer hartelijke begroeting van Vitória.

Cons: Eigenlijk niets en als ik dan toch iets zou moeten bedenken, er was geen keukenschaar.
