Would choose it over and over again

Pros: The Location was absolutely amazing, it’s just a short walk to the Centre of Funchal! There is a private parking space which makes you worry less about your car on Madeira. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable!

Cons: As it’s downstairs it was a little bit hot and humid, but it’s okay with the fan

Great location and accommodating hosts.

Pros: The location was great and easy to get to many parts of Funchal. There was also dedicated parking, a lovely garden outside and the apartment is very spacious. Hosts were lovely and very communicative.

Cons: There were quite a few mosquitos inside the apartment and we ended up getting lots of bites during sleep. Apparently mosquitos are common in Madeira, but because we kept the windows to keep more bugs out, the air became quite hot and stale. Overall it's a nice place but some fans to help circulate the air would have been helpful.
