Baia da Luz - Tropicana Beach Apartment

Great apartment in a fab location

Pros: Big apartment, loads of space and a big balcony. Equipped with everything we needed. Location was excellent, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops

Cons: We were there for a week and there was no change of towels. Manageable for a week but this would be bad if staying for two weeks.

Beautiful comfortable family apartment with great facilities

Pros: The flat is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a family stay with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful terrace.

Cons: Only thing to improve is the communication with the front desk. When I arrived early and needed to store my luggage until the flat was ready I was told by the front desk that I rented a ‘private apartment’ and they only handle the key exchange. Also that they had no way to communicate and find out if the flat was possibly finished earlier. In the end I managed to get my luggage stored but it was confusing and not welcoming at all. Also the way the flat was advertised does not reflect that fact.

Absolutely amazing, paradise in the sun and very tranquil.

Pros: This beautiful apartment offers comfort, fabulous decor and most of all everything you need to make you feel at home!!! The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!!! The grounds of the complex are immaculate. All the staff are lovely. The restaurant ALLORA near the two gorgeous pools is AMAZING with lovely, helpful staff too!!!

Cons: Everything was excellent!!!

Cons: Uncomfortable sofa Uncomfortable beds Lot's of noise from neighbors (from balconies and apartments across the street) and the street every night Kitchen utensils were partially not that clean Sliding doors couldn't be locked due to some sort of damage in the locking mechanism Light in the kitchen is a joke (very dull) Coffeemachine (Nesspresso) hardly delivers any coffee (even with different brands of capsules)(takes for ages and is very loud). Diffuser on bidet is missing, this makes it difficult to aim...;)

Pros: Excellent apartment wonderfull location close to everything .Pool facilities superb.Alloro restaurant great well worth a visit .Highly recommend stayed 10 days only negative no change of bed linen in that time.

Cons: No change of bed linen in 10 days.Bed a little uncomfortabl in master bedroom.

Pros: Adorei o Apartamento era muito bonito. Excelente localização. Piscinas maravilhosas.

Schönes Apartment perfekt für Gruppen

Pros: die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Man hat alles was man braucht und eine tolle Ausstattung, auch die Betten waren sehr angenehm.
