E&M Apartment Luz

Pros: The property was very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfy. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort itself is clean and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Cons: The only problem was that the washing machine door was faulty and wouldn't open. But the manager arrived quickly to help out.

Pros: Fantastic safe location, spotless clean with every local access to beaches shops diners

Great town, lovely apartment

Pros: Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the pool area (which is nice). It is a very well equipped apartment, nice kitchen, great rooms and a lot of space. We had a bit of a miscommunication about the baby cot, but the owner and host fixed it for us. Praia de Luz is a great town for a vacation with young children, lots of nice restaurants, great beach, all on walking distance. Lagos is just a ten minute drive away. All in all I would recommend it.

Cons: The apartment is in need of a deep clean (especially the bathrooms). There were no basic items provided (hand soap, dish soap, etc.), which was a bit inconvenient. The washing machine wasn't working (apparently because of water pressure issues in town), but the host forgot to get back to us until the last day of our stay.

Great apartment close to the beach

Pros: Very conveniently located and spacious. Check-in went smoothly. Close proximity to the beach and beautiful town! The apartment had everything we needed and the host was always quick to answer any questions. Perfect for short or long-term stays. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment looks like pictures. Very well equipped kitchen, best I have come across. Lovely clean complex with outdoor pools. Great beach and restaurants all walkable. Underground parking, and lots of street parking. Very quiet at night. Great location to visit the south western part of Algarve. Key hand over was easy. Host - Mat - was communicative and very accommodating. He accepted my last minute reservation and was lovely and prompt in managing a small issue.

Cons: Not a complaint, more of explaining environment during my stay, there were many families and thus the sound of pitter-patter and young children during waking hours.

Great location , spacious and well maintained apartment, easy key collection service

Pros: Very good location, beach , restaurants nearby, well maintained complex with both adult and children’s pools . Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen.

Great stay in a beautiful apartment in good location

Pros: Good size, clean apartment with a lovely balcony. Quiet relaxing location- easy access to lots good bars & restaurants.

Cons: 2 minor issues: Couldn’t use hair dryer with European socket -handle sticky & melted leaving black marks on hands! Hooks on both bathroom doors very loose - unable to use!

Notre séjour était parfait un incluant l’appartement!

Pros: Nuno est venu à notre rencontre pour nous porter les clés, il a été très gentil et très serviable.

Cons: Honnêtement rien, l’emplacement était super, l’appartement était propre et très bien localisé.

Ruim en fijn!

Pros: Ruim appartement op mooie lokatie 10 minuten lopen naar het strandje van Luz. Het complex is erg ruim opgezet maar wel erg gehorig en de zwembaden te klein. Er wordt massaal aan handdoekje leggen gedaan. Toch zou ik hier weer verblijven want gewoon fijn. Ruime keuken met oven

Cons: Ik vond de eenpersoons bedden niet prettig maar dat is persoonlijk.

Heerlijk!

Pros: Heerlijke locatie en lekker ruim en comfortabel appartement in een groot vakantiecomplex. Gelukkig was het voorseizoen en was het niet druk. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat het in het hoogseizoen best gehorig en luidruchtig kan zijn omdat de appartementen dicht op elkaar zitten en het echoot. Wij hebben daar dus geen last van gehad.

Cons: Het appartement was zeer compleet, daardoor viel het ons op dat er geen keukendoeken en keukenzeep aanwezig was. Ook was er geen zeep en shampoo in de badkamers. We vergelijken het met soortgelijke accommodaties waar het wel was. Zeker als je reist zoals wij (rondreis per huurauto) zijn dit zaken die voor ons wel belangrijk zijn. Er is een schoonmaakservice. Voor de eigenaar belangrijk om te weten of die hun werk goed doen. Wij hebben daarom rechtstreeks met de eigenaar wat zaken die beter zouden kunnen (o.a. Een koelkast die een goede schoonmaakbeurt kan gebruiken) besproken. Zij zouden contact opnemen met de schoonmaakservice om dit door te spreken en zijn er zelf over 2 weken om te zien of alles oké is.
