Quiet Place

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners. Like the name says - quiet and away from the sometimes crowded and hectic buzz of most places on the south coast. Secure and spacious parking spot, which is not the case in many other places.

Pros: It’s very peaceful quiet and beautiful. The owners were lovely and helpful always checking up . They were honestly the best. The place is so clean aswell. 10/10

Pros: The Quiet Place is located in a beautiful place where from you can explore the island. It is very clean with a well equipped kitchen and wonderful small garden. The hosts are very friendly, they gave us very good recommendations for hiking and good restaurants. We also liked the animals. We felt very welcome and would definitely come again - thank you so much and warm greetings from Germany :).

Cons: Not negative but you should take into account that the place is located in the mountains and you need a good motorized car to get there. If you go in winter, take some warm clothes with you since it could be a bit cold up there.

A really peaceful place

Pros: A very beautiful place in the mountains, wonderful hosts.

Cons: You need to have a reliable, powerful car to get there.

Pros: The accommodation is located in the garden of the owners. It is conveniently close to the airport and big supermarkets, but definitely a 'quiet place'. The apartment is very comfortable, you can sit outside in the beautiful garden and the lovely hosts will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: It is a bit cooler up in this area, but access to the local town was a bonus, it had a lovely park to walk in, as well as animals such as geese, peacock, horses. Nice trees too.

Merece la pena

Pros: La tranquilidad, lo acogedora que es la casa y sus dueños. El sitio es espectacular, con comodidades y muy agradable para descansar

Cons: Está localizado en la sierra, y él acceso de la carretera de los últimos 3km es de carretera de montaña en Madeira...pero si buscas tranquilidad, espacio amplio interior y exterior, comodidad...compensa. No dejan de ser apenas 5 min de mala carretera y está muy bien situado para acceder a todos los sitios de la isla. Los dueños te proporcionan toda la información detallada de todo lo que les sugieras. Además de la información general y oficial desde el principio. Repetiría este sitio

Maravilloso

Pros: Todo. Los dueños son un encanto, se nota que lo hacen todo con cariño y mucho gusto. La casa es preciosa y el entorno en plena naturaleza es una maravilla. Además, tienen un gatito que nos robó el corazón y no pudimos estar más a gusto. Lurdes y su marido nos recomendaron un montón de sitios preciosos. Gracias por todo. Esperamos volver pronto 🙏

Pros: Cet endroit est vraiment très très propre, spacieux et confortable pour un couple et l’hôte qui nous a accueillie a fait preuve d’une gentillesse incroyable du début jusqu’à la fin, meilleure hôte du monde

Pros: Ein wirklicher Quiet Place, abseits von vollen Stränden und Wanderwegen. Ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber die für das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste sorgen. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Cons: Vermisst haben wir nur einen Kleiderschrank 😄
