Avelino Apartment by Atlantic Holiday

The stay was very pleasant but there is just a one thing that needs to be taken care of.

Pros: The apartment is located on a beautiful spot. The apartment had all of the equipment that was mention in the description and it was really well prepared before my arrival. The neighborhood is quiet and it is easy to reach most of the needed spots in the town, like supermarkets or a bus stop. There is also a parking spot near the apartment but I don't know if you can use it for yourself.

Cons: Personally there is only a one thing that I didn't like and that is a draining system in the apartment. Either in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen. The water had a tendency to stay for a while in the sink/shower and It was really easy to overspill it all over the kitchen/bathroom. What is more, because of that problem, there appeared a mold on the walls and in the shower, so I suppose It is not a good thing for the customer health. I would consider this a main and the biggest problem of this apartment. What is more, for some of the guests the nearest road could be also a bit noisy because of the passing cars and buses that goes here daily especially in the morning. Worth mentioning also (for me not an issue) that the apartment is located on quit a hill and if you are without a car or you have health problems you need to go a bit uphill from the city centre (there is a bonus to that, and that is a fenomenal view from the apartment)

We liked it, although the hill is harder to climb :D

Pros: The view is breathtaking, the facilities were good, prompt communication

Cons: The shower cabin took on water fast and spilled

Pros: very clean and excellent location, everything was nearby

Pros: La terraza y las vistas maravillosas. La lavadora y la calefacción nos salvaron. Hay un parking público al lado. Muy bien equipado.

Cons: La ducha se inunda un poco y la portilla de entrada no cerraba y golpeaba.

Muito bom

Pros: Apartamento completo com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável.

Pros: Очень просторные апартаменты с двумя комнатами, кроватью, диваном, креслом, так же есть кухонный стол, но зачем он вам, если позавтракать можно на терассе, с которой открывается шикарный вид на горы и океан. В номере была стиральная машина, сушилка, обогреватель, вентилятор, микроволновка, капсульная кофеварка, холодильник, TV и всевозможные кухонные приборы.

Cons: Добираться до апартаментов с центра Машику или же из пляжа без машины довольно утомительно, тк придется подниматься около километра. Вода в душевой кабинке уходит довольно медленно от чего появляется плесень. Открыть/закрыть калитку с первого раза вряд-ли получится, ключ в 50% случаев не проворачивается.
