Pros: The flat is well located in Paul do Mar. Partial ocean view from the balcony when seated. The kitchen is well furnished for those who like cooking. Beds are comfy.

Cons: The layout of the flat is a bit awkward, it is very spacious but there is a lot of lost space (large laundry and technical room) but no real sitting space. An uncomfortable sofa bed is located in the kitchen to sit and read or watch TV. Also the pillows are not very comfortable. A bad smell was also coming from the drains in the kitchen and bathroom. It happened to be just because the drain connection of the dishwasher was not sealed (I used some toilet paper to seal it myself) to solve the issue. In the bathroom the smell was coming from two open holes which I also sealed to solve the issue.
