Review of Seaside Sunset by Homie

Pros: We stayed at Seaside Sunset by Homie for 6 days and really enjoyed our time. The studio room was quite small for two adults, with very limited space to store our luggage, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re planning to explore the beautiful island of Madeira, I highly recommend renting a car, preferably from the airport. There’s no access to public transport in this area, and taxis are quite rare, so having your own vehicle makes a big difference. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to our messages throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a peaceful location!

Cons: The size of the room was too small for 2 adults.

Pros: A veranda with a view. Washing facilities. In a great location. Very clean. Super easy to find. We did a circular hike from Paul do Mar it was great. Had Netflix/prime etc. and the kitchenette facilities were great. Off street parking was also easy and not far away.

Cons: The space is a little small and the fridge/boiler is quite noisy, coming on at regular intervals in the night which lets it down.

Pros: Apartment very clean, like in the pictutes. Only no parking available but they informed about it. Via massages staff informed me where we can park, really helpful. Location is really nice, good restaurants around, very quiet, we did not heard anybody else in the others apartments. We did not use a shared tarrance. Kitchen was fully equipped. Good internet. Amazing big bed.

Nice stay in calm village.

Pros: Marvelous fishing village on the south coast of Madeira. Nice small restaurants nearby with good prices. Studios just few steps from rhe ocean. Studios new, stone house totally renovated.

Cons: The queen deluxe studio has maximum 10 square meters. It was written that 35m2. Terrase is shared wirh other guests, also washing maschibes outside. So better to check the space when you book the room with the owner. Good for 1 person, no cupboard.

Cosy

Pros: We liked the attention to detail, honey cookies, Madeira wine and bananas were left for us which was a nice gesture. The place was clean and cosy, 1 minute walk from the beach. The host was super attentive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay alot. :)

Pros: Arrivée autonome. L’hôte est très sympathique et plutôt réactif par message. Assez spacieux pour une personne. Grandeur du lit incroyable, et couchage agréable. Décoration en général très cosy. Serviettes et petits articles de douche mis à disposition, ainsi que de nombreux ustensiles dans la cuisine. On ne manque de rien pour pouvoir se concocter de petits plats. (Merci pour tout cela) Les alentours sont magnifiques (plage à proximité), l’emplacement est calme. J’ai passé un agréable séjour et je recommande ce logement. Personnellement, les points soulignés ci-dessous ne m’ont pas posé problème mais c’est juste à titre indicatif, je sais que ça pourrait déranger pour certains.

Cons: L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle, il faut ouvrir l’œil pour trouver l’entrée. Pour se garer, il y a la grande rue qui dispose de places de stationnement mais il faut marcher quelques centaines de mètres. Sinon, en se rapprochant, le stationnement est plus difficile. Odeur d’humidité qui est difficile à faire partir car difficile d’aérer par un courant d’air (une seule fenêtre et la porte d’entrée, mais cela nécessiterait de laisser ouvert la porte d’entrée…) J’entendais un peu ce qui se passait à l’étage dans un autre logement probablement.

Estuvo bien quizás algo caro por el tamaño.

Pros: El lugar excepcional cerca del mar, tenían lavadora, zona de relax compartida. Cerca de zona para surfear. Limpio y con una cocinita.

Cons: Difícil de localizar sin una calle en concreto o foto de fachada sería genial a la llegada, un número de teléfono... No tienes cobertura en la zona por lo menos con mi compañía. Para el precio muy pequeño según nuestro punto de vista. Por lo demás estupendo para pocos días de estancia o si vas solo. Gracias equipo!!

Pros: Piccolo e accogliente appartamentino in un piccolo e adorabile paesino di pescatori. La notte si sentono le onde dell’oceano <3

Pros: Klidná lokalita u moře, malý, ale útulný apartmán. V okolí několik možností stravování. Krásné okolí. Možnost snídat na terase umístěné na střeše. Hodila se i možnost využít pračku.

Когда мы заехали в апартаменты пол и полотенца были грязные. Мы связались с хозяевами и этот вопрос быстро решили.

Pros: Очень милые и компактные апартаменты. Мы жили в самом маленьком номере но тем не менее все необходимое для жизни там было. Расположение в самом центре города и очень близко к океану.
