Pros: Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a large grocery store and several small cafes, snack shops and local restaurants. Free parking onsite in a parking garage. The apartment was well stocked with all the amenities needed to prepare your own meals. Emidio was a great host, who offered assistance with tours and was responsive to any questions and concerns.

Cons: The furniture was old and outdated. For example, the large bed was very low to the floor with a squeaky wooden frame. Also, the bedroom was very dark when lights were turned off, so I would suggest a small nightlight to help navigate your way to the bathroom safely. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and also very low to the floor. Conversely, getting into the shower in the main bathroom was treacherous, having to make a high step in/out of the tub.

Spacious apartment, ideally located and with all the amenities needed for a longer stay.

Pros: The property was fantastic, very spacious for 4 people (it was great having two bathrooms). It had all the amenities needed for cooking and the underground parking was great. Since we rented a car the apartment was ideally located. Also, the check-in and check-out were very simple and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.

Overall a good experience

Pros: Good location, kitchen fully equipped for use. Overall very accomodating.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that when we got there it wasn’t very clean, not up to my cleaning standards.

Pros: L'appartement est grand, avec deux salles de bain, un lave linge, de grands placards, un ascenseur ( qui mème directement au parking) et une place de parking. Sa situation géographique est optimale, proche d'un supermarché, accessible aux autres commerces ( restaurants, boutiques..) et de la mer. il se situe au milieu de Madère ce qui est pratique pour faire des excursions. Clair avec un petit balcon.

Cons: La déco est un peu vieillotte et le lit 2 personnes grince un peu...petite odeur de renfermé bien masquée par des diffuseur de parfum. Meubles de salle de bain semblent peu solide.

Pros: Super emplacement, garage prive, grand appartement et calme. Commerces à proximité, bon qualité prix.

Cons: Rien a dire.

Pros: Emplacement parfait ainsi que le garage très pratique. Appartement très grand et pratique et calme.

Cons: Le 5 ème couchage pas très confortable. Pas assez de pression pour pouvoir prendre 2 douches à la fois.

Pros: Skvělá lokalita, klid, v blízkosti obchod i restaurace, parkovací místo, prostorný apartmán

Cons: Rozvrzaná postel, slabší proud vody v koupelně, rozbitý zámek u okna na balkón, prostě několik detailů, které by šlo vylepšit.
