Pros: We spent a wonderful week in Madeira at Ana and Gabriel’s house. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, making us feel at home. They were always available and helpful with anything we needed, and they even cooked delicious meals for us during our stay, such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Best Place with the kindest Hosts ever

Pros: Everything! The view from the balcony was spectacular, kitchen equipped with all you need, safe parking in front of the house, comfy beds. The best part were our Hosts Ana and Joao, she picked us up late at the airport and dropped us off again. They prepared a homecooked meal, making us feel so welcomed and just like home. We could feel in every interaction with them how genuine and kind people they are which is hard to find nowadays. Also Tigi their cat was very cute and approved us as guests. We cannot be more thankful for everything they did for us during our stay, and we are so happy we got to meet such wonderful people! Highly recommend! Thank you again so much, best accommodation ever!

Pros: Ana apataments left a good impression. Two bedrooms and a kitchen with basic cooking equipment. Although these rooms are located on the basement floor, the terraces, especially the upper one, redeem everything. I would highly recommend this property to travelers with a car. Wonderful, sincere hosts, they brought us from and took us to the airport, welcomed us with warm food, and on other days they treated us to traditional dishes prepared by themselves. Thanks to them.

Cons: Not an ideal place for pedestrians. access to the ocean is complicated. It is difficult to get caught in public transport traffic

Amazing apartment and host

Pros: Amazing views from the apartment and in a very peaceful area of Gaula with a few shops nearby for needs. 5 mins from the airport with parking outside and 15mins from Funchal by car. Bus route also close by. Apartment was very clean and had everything to our needs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Ana and her husband were very hospitable and her cat Tigi, very welcoming also. Highly recommended!

Ana apartment is a home far from home. Ideal for an unforgettable stay pampered by friendly hosts

Pros: First of all, I would like to emphasize that the hosts Ana and Joa-Gabriel really spoiled us. A freshly cooked meal was on the table upon arrival, cooked by Gabriel, who prepared the best Portuguese recipes we have eaten in Madeira. But it didn't stop there, because later we were served delicious food and home-made wine from their own harvest. Loving, friendly hosts make you feel at home. In the quarter you have two comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a private shower/bathroom/toilet. From here you can conquer the beautiful island and find relaxation again after strenuous hikes.

Cons: I can think about it as much as I can, it just doesn't occur to me.

Pros: Great hosts. Very friendly and helpful! Ana picked us up from the airport and dropped us back as well when we were leaving. We were welcomed with a lovely home made dinner made by her husband. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Simply the best

Pros: Very good location for exploring the eastern part of the island. Close to highway access and airport. Peace and quiet. Despite the fact that the airport is only about 2 km in a straight line, the planes did not disturb (even at night) and it was a really nice attraction to watch the planes taking off and landing. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are no good views on this level. However, there is a large and sunny roof terrace available which we used regularly. The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. Beds very comfortable but softer pillows would be nice. Hosts very helpful and caring. We were greeted with drinks in the fridge and a huge portion of cooked dinner :)

Cons: There are no views from the windows of the apartment because all the windows are not transparent. However, we knew about it before renting the apartment, so it was not a surprise for us. This will not change our positive assessment of the apartment.

Vistas inpresionantes

Pros: El apartamento esta bastante amplio y muy bien equipado. Las camas super amplias y muy comodas. Los dueños son un encanto y te dan la bienvenida con un plato potente de comida cadera que prepara la señora. La ubicación es genial, zona muy tranquila con vistas impresionantes.

Séjour découverte

Pros: L’accueil chaleureux, la proximité de l’aéroport, les arrêts de transport en commun à proximité,le plat de bienvenue et les produits dans le frigo. Un excellent rapport qualité prix

Cons: C’est le cas partout à Madère, il faut avoir de bonnes jambes ( beaucoup de pentes raides)ou une voiture
