Central Park Sea Views

Pros: The location was wonderful as we were in Caniço and not in a resort-type place. We felt immersed in local culture with children playing at school, people going about their day to the local markets and shops. The small town square was lovely and people were very friendly. As for the apartment, it was excellent. Spacious, very clean with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and a TV that allowed us to stream if we wanted to watch a movie. The balcony was perfect with an ocean view; a nice way to sip your coffee in the morning. Everything was within walking distance so it was nice to park your car (underground reserved parking space) after a day of exploring and walk around. The owner provided excellent instructions on how to enter and exit. A great stay!

Like to stay again

Pros: Spacious 1 bed apartment with splendid sea views from terrace. Great communication throughout. Would like to stay again. Good local shops and regular public transport. Good WiFi and TV channels. There was some occasional night time noise, mostly from the neighbourhood dogs and cats. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper just in case. It's a 40 minute downhill walk to the seafront. Theres a lovely, short, Levada walk above the village.

Pros: We really liked the apartment, it was very big and comfortable. It has such a beautiful view and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a meal outside!

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The apartment was charming, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for a long stay. Located in a quiet area very close to Funchal, it is equipped with everything necessary. A very large terrace. The sunrise is beautiful. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The parking space is a plus. Check-in is easy, and the host is very helpful. Nelio helped us with information about the area. We hope to return soon.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, flat is equipped with anything u need. Its liitle bit cold in flat but u have cozy blankets and electric heater. The host is super nice and took good care for us. Highly recommend.

Pros: Communication with our host Nelio throughout our stay was amazing, he was always available to help in any way he could and gave some excellent recommendations on where to visit etc. I loved the view from the balcony and watching the sunrise was incredible. Inside the apartment was perfect for us, lots of space and we really felt at home there! The little town in which it's situated was really nice and had everything you could need all within walking distance - we also found it easy to navigate from there to other parts of the island. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Neilo for an incredible first visit to magical Madeira!

Cons: There's not much to dislike, however if I was to give some recommendations I would say that providing some detergent for the washing machine and also maybe and extra roll of toilet paper might be worth noting. The lamps in the living room and bedroom are rather bright also so a lower wattage could be nice for the evenings.

Pros: I didn't enjoy staying and it was nice and clean I will be back again in the same place because it's in the center and is very nice and quiet I did enjoy my today in the apartment so I will recommend it to a friend and family if you want to come to Madeira and stay in that place and thank you very much for everything I Nelio

Cons: What I did not like it and a few is the mosquitoes whatever and I have a right in my leg so can you sort it at that and the thing I didn't like it because when I didn't have a shower he was aunts there just rather than that everything is fine

Fantastisch verblijf op mooie locatie

Pros: Het appartement is fantastisch gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het is een net, verzorgd appartement met veel comfort. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed: duidelijke informatie.

Cons: het bed is wat klein en oncomfortabel. Maar dit valt in het niet bij alle pluspunten!
