Pereira Place - Cottage

Cosy and delightfully situated

Pros: Very cute cosy little cottage with an epic view into sao vincente valley. Outside seating under the vines was a real bonus and parking was easy.

Cons: The bed was small for two tall adults, and the shower was small with a low volume of hot water. Also be aware its a long hike down a road with no pavement to the seafront.

Pros: Location was very nice, apartment has everything we needed for cooking and nice stay. Host was very helpful

Cozy/adorable and comfortable place with a gorgeous view!

Pros: We loved the location and view! It was very cute, had the basics (though no real coffee, only instant), and parking in a safe spot in front of the house. Felipe was super kind and helpful too and overall we really loved it.

Cons: The kids across the street screaming at the school much of the weekdays and the rooster at the crack of dawn... We're not used to any noise really so these are just small annoyances to be aware of. Also the shower is *extremely* small and i really was disgusted by the curtain touching me constantly.

Great experience with a wonderful host

Pros: First of all, Filipe is a wonderful host. He made sure we are taken care of and have everything we need. Upon arrival we got detailed instructions on the nearby attractions, multiple guides and food and drinks recommendations. When we had one small issue with the WiFi signal strenght, it was taken care of within few hours. Impressive! We had a great experience overall. The cottage itself is very clean and well-equipped. Vine-shaded terrace is great pleace to relax at! Within 10-15 minutes walk there are multiple great places with food and drinks.

Cons: There is an elementary school across the street, so it can get quite noisy at times. The bed felt a bit short.

Peaceful oasis

Pros: For us it was perfect- calm, quiet , peaceful and very well equipped. Parking right in front of the house. Great host! A lot of useful info about Madeira in the house. Good location for exploring the island. Nice garden terrace with great views - both of ocean and the mountains. It's quite near the city and there is also a snack bar few hundred meters nearby for quick bite or a drink.

Pros: Great location with nice surround.Good quality of the equipement And nice little garden.Perfect service and recomendations.

Awesome

Pros: Everything was really clean and new. Owner is helpful, he gave us many advices about restaurants, places to vistit and he recommended us cheap car rentals. There wasn't any problem even with check in at 03:00AM. Accommodation is beautifully placed next to the wine yard and São Vicente is like green paradise. We are looking forward of next visit of this place.

Pros: Fantastic! 😁👌🏼 what a pleasure being few days at Pereira Place. First of all, Filipe is a great host : full of advices, flexible and nice. The cottage is well located with the view on the sea (it was great for the breakfast!), 5 min by car from the sea, shops and restaurants. it is also clean and well equipped with the kitchen and the washing machine 👍🏼 thanks again !
