A pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment had very comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen with all utensils. Sandra was very friendly.

Cons: There were a lot of ants. It was very hot in the bedroom as the air con in the living room didn’t really reach the bedroom. The walls are very thin as we could hear every word of the guests next door. The boiler is very noisy during the day. We did mention this but as we only stayed for two nights, we were not informed if it was looked at.

Pros: We (a couple) have been at Quinta do Falcoa beginning/mid of August 2025 and have been living in both, a T1 and T2 house. The are is designed beautifully, the apartments are gorgeous and modern, spaceous, clean, and well equipped. Personally, we liked the T1 house more than the T2 as the T2 seems to be designed for more people in almost the same size of apartment. The staff and especially Sandra gave us a plan adant timethat we enjoyed even more thanks to her organization, hidden tips, and warm stay.

Not long enough! Beautiful property!

Pros: Fantastic location for our 2nd night on the island, wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back, we will be contacting you.

nice and enjoyable!

Pros: the facility is wonderful. the apartment is large and really well furnished, especially the kitchen. there is not too much light coming inside, but I really appreciate the cleaning and the amazing view. I had some personal troubles with some centipede entering the apartment everyday- but this is life in countryside...:)...next time I will bring with me some essential oils - apparently they dislike...

Cons: maybe I did not understand how it works, but the flux of water for the shower was depending on the temperature - a bit tricky

Amazing!

Pros: Spacious, clean, and beautiful apartment with a terrace in the garden Friendly owner Beautiful location, apartments atr away from the road. Not too high in the hills, so most of the time I had sunshine on the terrace

Cons: I had noisy neighbours and I could hear them through the walls

Pros: If I had known how beautiful Quinta Do Falcão was, I would have spent 2 weeks there. Stunning location, we enjoyed an amazing sunset from the garden. The house is brand new, with lots of new facilities, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for the luggage. The space was clean. The hosts are very very welcoming, helpful and nice. We liked them a lot. They are doing an amazing job in Quinta Do Falcão, we were impressed.

Pros: The premises are amazing. It is bright new, done with real good taste. Really clean and well taken care of. We could breath peace and quiet. The terrace with views is so nice.
