Pros: Finally, someone professional: from detailed communication to exceptional amenities. The house has everything you could want or dream of. The owners have thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Although isolated, the location is perfect for exploring almost half of the island. If the weather is not to your liking on the north coast, you are only half an hour away from the south. We were able to admire a sunset and a perfect rainbow.
Cons: We regret that we only stayed for three nights.

We’d stay again.
Pros: The house is a wonderful, a great location to explore the west of the island. After 5 nights in Funchal it was a delight, with amazing views of the sea and sunrises and sunsets. Lots of walks nearby and more. The house itself has all you can wish for, lots of space, every utensil possible in the kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms and spotlessly clean. We are al fresco on the large terrace. Ricardo was responsive to all communications.

Perfect Getaway in Nature
Pros: Our stay at Quintinha das Achadas was an amazing experience! The house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was the stunning view of the sea from the back, which made every moment extra special. The location is wonderfully peaceful, offering the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, from the accommodations to the surroundings. Highly recommend this place for a serene and rejuvenating getaway!
Cons: The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Funchal, which might not suit everyone, and the gateway can be a bit tricky to navigate if you have a larger car. However, these are minor trade-offs for such a serene and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it for a true escape into nature!

Pros: Dům byl prostorný, čistý a především vybavení kuchyně bylo opravdu nadstandardní. Nachází se na klidném ničím nerušeném místě.
Cons: Všechno bylo skvělé. Pouze řidič auta si musí dávat pozor při vjezdu na pozemek, kam je lepší couvat. Není tam moc místa a obzvlášť večer se při couvání u brány hůř orientuje.

Pros: Velmi čisté, prostorné ubytování s velmi dobře vybavenou kuchyní včetně kávovaru, ve vybavení je i pračka a sušák. Hezké venkovní posezení včetně parkování ve dvoře.
Cons: Vše bylo ok.

Pros: Najlepiej wypożony dom w jakim spaliśmy. Było w nim dokładnie wszystko! Bardzo duży, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.
Cons: Dosyć duża wilgoć, ale to nie wina domu, a miejsca w którym stoi. Może przeszkadzać niektórym.

A nice place to stay
Pros: Great location , peaceful and quiet. Very comfortable and spacious house.
Cons: Not very easy to drive into the property which has to be done backwards, as there's not much room to turn the car around once inside. Beds were a bit hard.

Die keuken!
Pros: Het was een riant huis, ver weg van de massa, maar toch dichtbij genoeg om met de auto overal te komen. Wij hebben al heel veel gereisd, maar ik denk dat dit de eerste keer is dat we zo'n goed uitgeruste keuken hebben gezien! Fijn dat je bij het huis kan parkeren. Alles is er ruim, een comfortabele zetel om wat in te hangen, megagroot tv-scherm en had ik al gezegd dat de keuken supergoed uitgerust is ;-)
Cons: Op het eerste zicht dachten we: wauw, wauw, wauw! Het uitzicht van het terras was ge-wel-dig! Maar gedurende de hele 7 dagen van ons verblijf waaide/regende het zo hard en was het erg koud (eind april) dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken. Hier kan de accommodatie natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar het uitzicht van binnen naar buiten was wat teleurstellend: een piepklein raampje daar waar de zeekant is en aan de zijkant een terrasdeur waar je maar een kwart uitzicht hebt. Jammer. De touchscreen lichtpanels werkten wat op onze zenuwen, ze werkten niet altijd en 's nachts is dat blauwe licht echt wel storend om te kunnen slapen. De luchtvochtigheid was tijdens ons verblijf superhoog, waardoor alles in het huis (inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en al onze kleren de hele tijd erg klammig aan voelden).

Un magnifique endroit pour notre première expérience de Madère!
Pros: Maison très propre, très bien équipée, propriétaire très disponible et sympathique, des petites attentions très agréables à l’arrivée, des repas avec la mer à 180 degrés ! Notre fille de 2 ans s’est sentie tout de suite chez elle (en particulier grâce au lit parapluie acheté par le prioritaire pour cette occasion)!
