Pros: Everything was perfect: clean, well-equipped kitchen, fantastic view from the balcony. Good communication with the host. A 5-minute drive to the grocery store, and a few bars within a 10-minute walk. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place (although you can sometimes hear the traffic outside).
Cons: In my opinion, there are two things that could be improved: A) The lighting inside the house... dark, yellow light, impossible to see anything. Only the toilet and kitchen have bright lights. B) At least a small can of tea and coffee on arrival/first day would be nice.

Pros: Terrific seaside view, a lot of space (we were there as a family of 2+3), a big balcony and a spacious patio. We really felt comfortable and did not miss anything that's required for a weekly stay. Definitely recommended!
Cons: The house is located on an uphill road with no sidewalk, so getting anywhere on foot with the kids - even to the nearest shop or bar - is a bit of a gamble (considering cars passing by quite fast).

Cons: Although some may find the lingering scent of an old house off-putting, for us, it wasn't a problem. Just thought I'd mention it for those who are more sensitive to these things

A great place to stay!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this house! It offered great value for money, was incredibly spacious, and very clean. The view from the property was beautiful, especially during sunset. The host was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The only drawback was that it was a bit chilly inside the house since we were there in January, and the electric heater provided struggled to warm the space. Despite this, everything else was perfect, making it a great stay overall.

Straight 10, great stay and value.
Pros: Very nice house, with all facilities for extended family stay. Large patio with table tennis and billard table, kids had a lot of fun playing it in the evenings. Couple of supermarkets in the area, close to multiple trekking routes and beach in Calheta.

Amazing ocean view
Pros: The accommodation was comfortable and well located if you want to explore the western part of the island. The double bed was small for us, but there was a bed in the other room and we were comfortable. The view was beautiful. The inside garden with barbecue was super for having breakfast. The wifi was perfect.
Cons: Noise from the street when coming a car. No toiletries (shower gel and shampoo), only a little liquid soap (enough for one day).

Pros: Piękny dom z pięknym widokiem, na miejscu dosłownie wszystko czego potrzeba łącznie z płynem pod prysznic, szamponem, przyprawy niektóre.. dosłownie wszystko, do tego bilard i ping pong. Dzięki klimatyzacji w Grudniu było ciepło :) no i miłe powitanie bananami pyyysznymi jeszcze nie jedliśmy takich dobrych. Wszystko na plus :)
Cons: Może nie, ze nie podobało bo wcale to nie przeszkadza ale na dole spotkania jehowych 😅
