Amazing villa and host with everything you need nearby

Pros: Lots of places around the villa to relax and great views from the balcony, Carlos was an amazing host and did his best to help us with anything we needed no matter the time. Would definitely stay again as its great for groups of 3-6

Perfect stay at Villa Neto!

Pros: The property was very spacious and very cleaned. All the essentials were there. The view from the balcony was incredible. There’s a porch to park the car which prevent too much heating. The house is located in a very quiet place. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful, and safe for children to play. The owners were very welcoming throughout our stay. They kindly shared some toys for our toddler which was a very nice touch. Calheta is a great place to stay at when visiting Madeira. It is very calm and quiet, whilst not being far from Funchal. There is a lovely beach less than 10min drive away, and a supermarket with all the basics and more. We couldn’t be happier about the house, the location, and our stay there. We’re already looking at coming back next year and will surely book this beautiful villa again!

Fantastic stay, will book again when I go back to Madeira. I can fully recommend Villa Neto.

Pros: The house was just like on the pictures, very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is fantastic and there are interesting places conveniently reachable from Villa Neto.

Estancia perfecta con vistas espectaculares

Pros: La casa es muy espaciosa y grande. Las vistas son impresionantes; se puede ver la puesta de sol perfectamente desde la ventana. Nos encantó disponer de mesa de billar y barbacoa para disfrutar de algunas tardes en la casa después de hacer excursiones. Los anfitriones fueron muy simpáticos y atentos. ¡Una estancia totalmente recomendable!

Un balcon sur l'océan

Pros: Superbe emplacement avec vue sur l'océan ! Très belle maison récemment rénovée avec un beau jardin de type tropical pour apprécier le soleil en fin de journée! Très bien équipée pour 2 couples.

Cons: Un petit plan permettrait de trouver plus facilement l'adresse. (nous avons galéré un peu !) L'accès en voiture se fait par une rue très pentue réservé aux bons conducteurs :)

Pros: La villa est spacieuse avec une très belle vue sur l'océan, un intérieur propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Les trois chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangement. Il est très appréciable qu'il y ait deux salles de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée. A l'étage, nous avons beaucoup profité du grand billard et de la terrasse. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire était très gentil, très disponible, il nous a même apporté de quoi grignoter à notre arrivée car notre avion a eu du retard et que nous sommes arrivées à minuit avec l'estomac vide. C'était vraiment un grand plaisir que de résider à la villa Neto !!

Cons: L'arrivée n'est pas facile avec un chemin très étroit et nécessite de bien se débrouiller en conduite, mais le propriétaire était présent à notre arrivée de nuit pour nous guider !

Heerlijk verblijf.

Pros: Heerlijk verblijf, ruime vertrekken en een fijne lokatie. Elke ochtend kunnen ontbijten op het balkon met uitzicht op zee.10 minuten rijden (ongeveer) van de haven van Calheta, waar je diverse restaurants kan vinden en een grote supermarkt. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van Madeira. Ver weg van het toch wat drukke en toeristische Funchal.

Cons: Wij hebben genoten, niets viel tegen!

Pros: Great location, nice view of the ocean and banana plantations, very quiet. Very comfortable house. Nice parking for the car. Comfy seatings outside. Super friendly landlords who made sure everything was ok.
