Lovely well-equiped house in an excellent location.
Pros: Clear instructions in advance re access to key. 3 minutes walk to a super bakery and coffee bar, grocery shop, bus stops and restaurants. Very friendly village. Bus ride into central Funchal is 20 mins for E2.60. 10 minute walk to Christo Rei and beach (cable car). Carolina is very quick to respond , kind and helpful. Comfy beds. Everywhere very clean with plenty of washing soap, dishwater tabs, etc. Highly recommend.
Cons: The only problem for people who are sensitive to sound was barking neighbourhood dogs, but this is not the responsibility of the proprieter.

I’d come back and stay longer
Pros: The venue is super nice and comfortable for 5 people. The house is new and has everything you may need. The host is very available and ready to handle any kind of event (the entire road was without water and they provided us 6 bottles of water to compensate the lack). The location is nice, with view on the sea and 15 min far from Funchal.

Wonderful holiday at Vila Margot
Pros: The villa is gorgeous, even more beautiful than in the photos. It is clean, everything is new, spacious and well equipped. Everything you need for a successful stay can be found in the villa (including oil, salt, spices, napkins, etc.). The villa has an inner courtyard with a barbecue and a place to relax, a superb terrace on the 1st floor from where you can admire the ocean and palm trees. The villa also has its own parking space which is perfect in case you rent a car. Also, the villa is located in a quiet area, near restaurants, supermarkets and from where you have easy access anywhere on the island. I recommend it! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madeira.
Cons: We loved everything. Only one remark in relation to the pillows which are too hard and high (but this is a matter of preference).

Pros: Зручне місце розташування, в будинку було абсолютно все для комфортного проживання, гарний вид, мангальна зона облаштована всім необхідним
Cons: Бойлера не вистачає на 5х людей, сильна вологість, але це проблема всього острова, мурахи

Świetne miejsce, polecam wszystkim!
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepy i restauracje, blisko drogi szybkiego ruchu, ale równocześnie cisza i spokój. Zdecydowanie polecam osobom z własnym samochodem, indywidualne miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji, do tego świetnie zorganizowana przestrzeń do posiłków na zewnątrz. Stały i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem na What'sApp daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa i stałago wsparcia!
Cons: Bardzo dużo odświeżaczy zapachowych rozłożonych w całym domu.

Pros: A moradia corresponde literalmente ao que aparece nas fotos, tendo até superado as expectativas que levava. O conforto das camas é muito bom para quem anda a passear o dia inteiro a conhecer a ilha. Têm vários utensílios e aparelhos de cozinha úteis para a estadia. A Carolina é extremamente atenciosa e sempre prestável a qualquer questão colocada por nós. Numa próxima ida à Madeira tentarei ficar novamente nesta moradia.

Pros: Отличный небольшой дом, парковка на территории, небольшая терраса с гриль-зоной. В доме чисто, три спальни, гостиная, оборудованная кухня. Все вполне удобно!
Cons: Все в целом было отлично. Не хватало нескольких мелочей: гель для душа и шампунь, на кухне можно было бы иметь оливковое масло, сахар. Полотенца видимо были совсем новыми, а до первой стирки они очень плохо впитывают воду.
