Pros: Good house, close to the city center! Also really great that there is a private parking which allowed us to safely park the car.

Overall a nice spacious stay
Pros: The property was spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. And the views from the balcony were great. It was nice having a working dryer which is rare in Europe. It was also nice having a designated parking area and the area felt safe and secure.
Cons: The property needs some minor repairs. Several handles either came off when opening a door or were about to come off. One of the patio chairs wasn’t really usable and the gate opener didn’t work, so we had to open the gate manually. This property is not necessarily close to town, it’s quite the trek. While it’s doable for parts of town, some areas in Funchal are almost an hour walk away. So either have a rental or be prepared to take a taxi or public transport.

A great location, a good size property and a comfortable stay.
Pros: It’s a good size property with everything you need. It’s very clean and the hot water is plentiful in two of the three bathrooms.
Cons: A few things in the house need fixing or replacing.

A pleasant stay
Pros: A pleasant house to rest in, at end of each busy day visiting and hiking. Clean and spacious rooms. Private garage for our rented card. All the facilities we would need.
Cons: A bit noisy, so probably not good sound isolation in the walls; good that I brought my ear-plugs with me. Strangely, the water coming to one of the bathrooms (one next to the living room) was not warm enough like in the other bathrooms (with no control of the temperature); but it wasn't that bad.

Fint hus och perfekt läge
Pros: Fint hus med härlig terass och privat parkering. Läget är kanon, det är mycket trafik på morgonen att ta sig ut från staden, men det här läget gör att du är ute på några minuter. Det är också endast 15 minuter att gå till centrum. Vi är så nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Piacevole soggiorno in una casa ben arredata e foenita di ogni comodità
Pros: È una casa su tre livelli che consente di avere una propria stanza da letto e un bagno privato se viaggi in famiglia o in gruppo. La casa è arredata di tutto, ci sono tutti gli elementi di base necessari (bagni, cucina, etc). Le due terrazze hanno una bellissima vista sulla città. L’area barbeque è un valore aggiunto. La Host Maria è super attenta e risponde subito ad ogni domanda.
Cons: Tutto bene, forse non è adatto per chi ha problemi nel fare le scale più volte al giorno. Tutte le case a Funchal credo siano su vari livelli.

Pros: Der Begrüßungsdrink im Kühlschrank war super. Die Lage ist super, alles war sauber.
Cons: Leider haben wir Ameisen in der Küche gefunden. Man musste daher alles sofort sauber machen. Dafür waren genügend Taps für die Geschirrspülmaschine da.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3(!) Etagen und einer geschlossenen und überdachten Terrasse inkl. großer Essecke mit Pizzaofen, die Ausstattungen sind sauber aber offensichtlich schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Türklinken fallen von selbst ab oder drohen abzufallen, also muss hier der Eigentümer dringend zumindest einige Reparaturen vornehmen. Der eigene Carport neben dem Haus ist spitze. Die Lage für Reisende mit Mietwagen ist fast perfekt, man kann selbstverständlich auch zu Fuß in die Stadt aber der Rückweg wäre nur mühsam zu bewältigen. Wir waren im Frühjahr auf Madeira und die Temperatur war noch recht frisch aber im Hochsommer kann es zum Problem werden, weil wir keine Klimaanlage im Haus gesehen haben. Die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind ein großes Plus.
Cons: Türen und Fenster brauchen dringend Instandhaltungen

Fijne locatie
Pros: Het huis ligt op een prettige locatie: rustig en dicht bij het centrum. Het huis is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is de eigen parkeerplek. In combinatie met een huurauto is dit een ideale uitvalsbasis om Madeira te verkennen.

Дякуємо господарям за привітність і за те, що швидко реагували на наші листи.
Pros: Будинок красивий, гарні тераси, вид з вікна. Прибрано. Є повноцінна кухня з усім неохідним, навіть олія і сіль. Пральна машинка з функцією сушки. Після того, як ввели пароль до коробки з ключем, треба її потягнути до низу і відкриється.
Cons: Ванні кімнати дві з трьох без дверей, в одній з кімнат туалет і душ прямо в кімнаті, тобто жити там може она людина.
