Little Townhouse Funchal

Madeira was amazing, the people, the atmosphere, the things to do and the llittle townhouse was the perfect location

Pros: Loved that it was with the locals and away from the tourist area. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, and well equipped, the beds were really comfy. We loved it.

Cons: I would have liked a teapot 🤩

Pros: Very good accommodation that has almost everything. Comfortable beds. Appreciated that almost everything you could need was available, such as soap, cleaning products, kitchen equipment, oil, spices, etc. Nice and informative hosts.

Cons: It may be good to know that it is always uphill when you walk home to the accommodation. So if you have a hard time with that, it may not be the accommodation for you.

Great holiday in a lovely house in a lovely town on a lovely island!

Pros: Great location, 10 mins walk to the centre of town/sea front. Very steep hill, however, so walking back up the hill not recommended! Taxis are cheap and plentiful, however! House is exceptionally well equipped and thoughtfully laid out.

Cons: Very minor point as a holiday is not about TV, but the Netflix app on the TVs was inaccessible due to previous guests login still being both present and corrupted, so could do with being cleared down. However, overall this house is really good with nothing not to like

The best accommodation for our whole trip

Pros: The house is perfect, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The town house is in a great location to funchal and has parking close by. It was by far the best accommodation we stayed at during our 3 week trip to Portugal. Our hosts Ana and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We highly reconmend staying here and we will be back for sure.

Perfect for wonderful vacations from 2 to 5 persons! Top: barbecue area 😃

Pros: We had a wonderful vacation in the Little Townhouse in Funchal. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the facilities available for a family of 5. The best part: the two terraces: one covered with a lounge and the other on the top floor with a barbecue area and a view of Funchal and the ocean. We highly recommend this accommodation 🤩for serene vacations.

We had a wonderful 10 days and will come back to the Little Townhouse.

Pros: The kitchen is well equipped, and we really loved to have the little scullery to clean out painting brushes. The view from the roof terrasse is great and we could watch the fireworks at the harbour. Easy walk to the center of town.

Cons: Nothing to report, it was all great.

A very nice stay in excellent accommodation.

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of two nice outdoor seating areas. It was located in a quiet residential area of Funchal. It was just a ten minute walk into the old town where there were plenty of restaurants and a couple of mini-supermarkets. I used public transport and there was an efficient bus service. Communication with the hosts both before and during my stay was excellent and they also arranged private airport transfers for me at a reasonable price.

Cons: The property is on a steep hill!
