Great experience in Madeira

Pros: The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped to make you feel at home. The host is super responsive and supportive. Nice yard in front of the apartment with nice views of the ocean and the airport.

Cons: Insect nets on windows (or on the door) would be super helpful. Otherwise, all is good!

A treasure in the hills of Madeira

Pros: STUNNING location overlooking the sea. The garden got so much sun & you could watch planes land on the air strip with a glass of poncha after a day of hiking. Bedrooms were comfortable & clean & cool to sleep in in the heat. Shower & bathroom: 10/10 Living area spacious with a well equipped kitchen where we saved money by making some dinners together while drinking glasses of Madeira wine. Location's proximity to the Funchal & the airport 10/10: everywhere was quick & easy to get to by car. Pico do Arieiro is a 39 min drive away. Parking is free &guaranteed. We visited in mid-May 2025.

Cons: Genuinely nothing to dislike. 10/10 accommodation, I would recommend to anyone visiting Madeira.
