Lots to see and do in Lagos

Cons: The WiFi was dreadful even though he rebooted it - definitely needs an extra router downstairs My partner also got told off for walking in the garden as he was trying to see if the gate worked so we could check out the hotel for drinks and food on the lower street ! We thought very bizarre - she had already snapped at us as we arrived early ! We didn’t realise there was a time difference between Spain and Portugal

Great experience, would recommend

Pros: The view and the location are amazing. It takes you 5-7 minutes to get to the beach (but keep in mind that getting back to the property requires to go up a hill). It is super quiet and there’s even a pool and a lovely garden! The kitchen had all the utensils one would need.

Cons: The closest grocery store is relatively far away

Pros: The location was great. I got the sea/ocen view from my balcony including the pool & garden as per my reservation. I got to see the sunset & heard the bird chirping too. Very quiet and peaceful. Walking distances to the beaches. It cost me 5Euro to go to town on Uber. Very convenient.

Cons: Nothing. All was fantastic.

An oasis of tranquility on the outskirts of Lagos

Pros: We felt so lucky to have the garden and pool area virtually to ourselves, very few guests seem to use it! The gardens are really well looked after with many different seating areas and good quality loungers , it was fabulous to relax there, especially when you see how crowded and squashed together everyone is on the local beach . The balcony was bigger than I expected, we sat here every night watching the most stunning sunsets. We were on the first floor and had shutters to close at night time so it was easy to sleep well. Luis was helpful yet unobtrusive, the room/studio has everything you needed to make snacks and breakfasts. A small hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, all that you need there. A tea towel maybe would be useful if that could be added, to dry dishes. We had a thoroughly relaxing 5 days here and it’s a beautiful spot.

Cons: We knew the pool wasn’t heated, so it’s “refreshing” to use in hot weather. Maybe if it was heated I would have spent a bit more time in it rather than beside it :)

Lovely place near the ocean

Pros: Great pleace, we loved it here. The beach is 7-8 mins on foot, our balcony was overlooking the ocean. The house has a beautiful garden and swimming pool.

Cons: The kitchen furniture could do with a bit of facelifting but otherwise our whole vacation was spotless here!

Pros: The view and pool facilities were incredible, so well located near the beach which was far less crowded than the beaches closer to the old town.

Pros: The view out the window was exceptionally good. Loved the decor in the common areas.

Cons: Décor out dated and mattress wasn’t comfortable at all but the size of the mattress was good.
