Ocean View Cottage

A very relaxing stay in a lovely cottage

Pros: The location is lovely, overlooking the coast. There is a lovely garden and pool. The property is comfortable and well kitted out. The owners Graham and Kamilla are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. It is a 45 minute walk to the village (restaurants, bars and a great coffee shop)

One of the best places we have ever stayed in! Beautiful and peaceful.

Pros: One of the best places we have ever stayed in - and we travel the world a lot! A stunning view from the patio door of the property and a fantastic private platformed area where we spent a lot of time. It’s peaceful and so beautiful with the cliffs below you and a gorgeous sea view too. The property had all top notch facilities and it was done in a very tasteful way. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect and clean. We will definitely be back some day.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Found everything we need. Silence, peace, relaxation. Nobody nowhere, just we are. Breathtaking environment, unbelievable sunset. Kamillla and Graham are like old friends.

Pros: This property is outstanding, beautiful location, great facilities, perfect in every way.

Cons: Nothing. - great all around! If you’re looking for a nice quiet, out of the way ocean view stay then you will not be disappointed.

Haven of peace with outstanding views and owners.

Pros: What a wonderful & unique haven of peace this is. The view and the sunsets are simply outstanding, there is no noise around except for wildlife (and we love that). It is perfect if you want a calm stay in Madeira, while being able to drive around the island to discover it. Pictures may be enticing, but experiencing it is something else. Everything was clean and well equipped, the cottage is really welcoming thanks to its owners. Indeed, Graham & Kamila are amazing hosts, and beautiful people on top of that. It was lovely to chat with them and I am so glad we could share their love for this island and this place, be it for two weeks only. If I were to go back in Madeira, I would never think about going anywhere else.

Just perfect , Couldn’t recommend highly enough !

Pros: Perfect location , wonderful hosts , beautifully clean , views from the terrace were just incredible & so relaxing to unwind with a drink & a book after a day sightseeing & walking . The gardens were just incredible & just to sit still & listen to & watch the birds … just heaven

Pros: In every sense of the word this is really a hidden gem! Kamila and Graeme put a lot of love and work into this Garden Eden. We had a lovely stay! Would always come back!

Pros: Our stay was absolutly amazing and we regret that we didnt stay longer. The view and the garden are just the best and it is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Kamila and Graham are gorgeous and very welcoming and lovely people.

Pros: Wir durften einen kurze Zeit an diesem wundervollen Ort verbringen. Kamilla und Graham haben hier einen tollen Ort erschaffen, ein schnuckeliges Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt, einen wundervollen Garten und einen tollen Platz zum Entspannen und um die Ruhe zu genießen. Kamilla und Graham sind unglaublich herzliche Menschen, die sich ganz toll um ihre Gäste kümmern und auch viele Tips geben können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
