Pros: Beautiful view. All kitchen utensils were provided, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. There was also oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee capsules available. Welcoming surprise waiting for new guests :) Spacious rooms! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Cons: The construction workers in the neighboring building work on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The nearby rooster starts crowing every morning at 5 AM. The bed mattresses have a crinkly rubber mattress cover that doesn’t breathe.

A perfect family getaway — peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for

Pros: We spent six days at the villa over the Easter holidays with our family and had a very comfortable stay. The house is exactly as described — clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The location in Ponta do Sol was perfect for us, especially since we had a car and wanted a quieter setting than Funchal. There is some renovation work next door, as mentioned in the listing, but it didn’t bother us at all — the view remains beautiful. Overall, it was a lovely, easy, and relaxing stay. We highly recommend it.

Die Villa bietet viel komfort und liegt in einer sehr guten Lage.

Pros: Die Villa bietet sehr viel komfort und liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und für Familien bzw. kleine Gruppen perfekt

Cons: Der Pool ist leider nicht im besten Zustand. Die Innenabdeckung ( Folie an den Wänden) ist undicht und stark gewölbt. Man kann zwar drinnen schwimmen, jedoch erwarte ich mir für den Preis einen komplett funktionierenden Pool. Die Auffahrt zur Villa könnte für Autofahrer mit wenig Erfahrung zu einer Herausforderung werden (sehr steil und bei regen rutschig - wenig Platz zum umdrehen)

Pros: Vue superbe, maison bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Piscine agréable bien que le liner ait besoin d’être réparé

Pros: Krásná vilka na krásném místě s nádherným výhledem na oceán i okolí Kvalitně vybavená kuchyň 3 pokoje - 3 koupelny - ideál Rychlý internet Pohodlí Jen kousek autem do centra Ponta do Sol - cca 3min autem - malý supermarket, několik dobrých restaurací, benzínová stanice

Cons: Přístup po strmé ulici (ale co jiného na Madeiře čekat, že? :-) ) Autem vůbec nedoporučuji jezdit až k domu, pokud nemáte SUV - ostrý přechod ulice na hlavní, hrozí utržení nárazníku - parkovali jsme raději na ulici pod domem Odtržená folie v bazénu, za kterou zatéká - musel jsem pravidelně opravovat, připevňovat k okraji bazénu, přesto voda i pod folii a vzdouvá se tak dno - to bude nutné vylepšit!!! Stavba naproti přes ulici - ale s tím se samozřejmě nedá nic dělat - práce zde nijak neruší

Pros: Im Hause fehlte es an nichts und es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Cons: Wir können uns nicht beschweren, da auf den Baustellenlärm hingewiesen wurde. Allerdings war es schon nervig, wenn man mal am Pool lag. Hinzu kommt, dass die Bilder nicht mehr aktuell sind und genau vor der schönen Aussicht nun ein Rohbau steht. Das war leider sehr enttäuschend. Bzgl. Sauberkeit war alles soweit ok, allerdings hingen noch benutze Handtücher an der Badezimmertür.

Pros: Все было идеально! Это замечательная вилла, на которой есть абсолютно все что необходимо для проживания и отдыха. Замечательный вид с виллы, очень чисто, на кухне есть вся посуда и кухонные принадлежности, есть вся бытовая техника высокого уровня, газовый гриль, который работает идеально, спортивный уголок за домом также произвел впечатление, очень классный бассейн….. на Villa Liana все абсолютно безупречно!
