Formosa Beach

Pros: We had a wonderful stay during our vacation to Porto Santo and already plan to come back. Location is absolutely perfect, and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Host was super great, very responsive, and gave all the information we needed to enjoy our trip.

Pros: It is not just a sunny apartment, good for our family of four, very close to the beach. It is also a very important care from the host, we got every help we needed, that was really important for our first visit to Porto Santo. Thank you Roberto ! Whenever we are again at Porto Santo, we will try to stay at your apartment!

Host could not be more helpful or informative

Cons: Weather unusually hot, a good draft most of the time but a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a good addition

Pros: La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer, bien meublé pour prendre les repas et se détendre, la bonne communication avec Roberto

Cons: Il n y avait aucun chauffage. Début janvier il a fait entre 13 et 15 degrès la nuit. Pour un séjour en hiver il faudrait avoir au moins un petit chauffage électrique.

Exceptionnel

Pros: Bien placé, assez spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 ados, bien équipé. Contact très gentil et attentionné. Superbe terrasse! Séjour magnifique.

Pros: Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, ezer méter a központ, 200 méter a víz. Kényelmes igényes szállás nagyméretű terasszal, gyönyörű panoráma a végtelen óceánra. A házi gazda Roberto törődik a vendégeivel többször érdeklődött hogy minden rendben van-e. Az utolsó napon hajóval hagytuk el Porto Santot és 7 órát kellett megoldanunk a komp indulásàig, két kisgyerekkel szállás nélkül. Ezt figyelembe véve rendelkezésre bocsátottak egy kisebb szobát, ahova le tudtuk tenni a csomagokat amíg lementünk a partra és le tudtunk utána zuhanyozni. Gyerek nélkül nem lett volna gond, de két gyerekkel ez óriási segítség volt. Ezúton is köszönjük szépen!

Cons: Időnként, nem folyamatosan egy kicsit hangos volt az út a ház mellett, de mivel új nyílászárók voltak, ezeket becsukva teljesen ki lehetett szűrni a forgalom zajàt, így a délutáni altatás nem volt gond.

Pros: Roberto est un hôte exceptionnel. L appartement est bien équipé avec une belle vue mer et proche de la ville.

Pros: Localização excelente, tanto para a vila como para a praia. Dá para ir a pé.

Pros: O Sr. Roberto foi um óptimo anfitrião! Desde o primeiro contacto, a comunicação foi excepcional e atenciosa, super simples e clara, colocando-nos a par de toda a informação necessária, para quem não tinha feito o trabalho de casa, como nós, sobre os pontos de interesse da ilha, restaurantes e afins! :) A casa é literalmente em frente ao mar, é só atravessar a estrada, com um restaurante/bar (Pé na Água) ideal para petiscar ou refeições mais reforçadas. Está equipada com todos os electrodomésticos necessários para preparar refeições, forno, microondas, máquina de café, chaleira, etc. Embora não tenhamos cozinhado, deu para preparar os nossos pequenos- almoços, já que ali à mão não há nenhuma pastelaria e o restaurante só abre a cozinha a partir das 12h. Voltaremos, sem dúvida!
