Perfectly located with a stunning ocean view right from your bed

Pros: I highly recommend Pedra Do jota for your holidays on Porto Santo. You'll get a stunning view of the ocean right after you wake up. You're 5 minutes away from the beach. The bar located on the way is very nice and serves good food (Pe na Agua). The apartment itself is quite big and perfectly located. There's quite big living room with modern TV, equipped kitchen, 2 balconies. Really good place to enjoy the island. Our Host was very responsive and friendly. We really appreciate the fact we were able to do late check-out and leave the luggage for quite some time which was a huge deal as we went back with the evening flight.

Cons: There's a dolce-gusto coffee machine - however no coffee pods were available. Which is no big deal - but 2-3 pods would be good to have in the morning.

Pros: This was the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in, the property is beautiful and provides everything you might need even for a longer stay. It is comfortable, spacious and very well kept. The view and the terrace make the stay unforgettable. The location is also very convenient, quiet and away from the noise of the street while still being very close to the beach and the city centre. Additionally, the host was very kind and helpful. Stunning, lovely maisonette appartment with a gorgeous view!

Pros: Definitely one of the most beautiful appartments we ever stayed at - large, quiet, nicely equipped and with an unbeatable sea view from 2 balconies. Private parking lot just in front of the house which was great for the scooter we rented, and a 10 minutes walk to the centre. Joana was a great host and always available via WhatsApp.

Pros: Lovely accommodation, everything you needed for a long stay was there and close to the beach. Joana the owner kept us up to date and always just a text away if needed

Cons: The stairs. Also the address listed on Google earth as provided by the owner seemed to be a problem for taxi drivers, as they could never find us and on the last day getting a taxi to go to the ferry this was a massive issue and we nearly missed the ferry because of this

Pros: Rewelacyjny dwupoziomowy apartament z przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Okolica spokojna, sprzyjająca do odpoczynku. Super gospodarz obiektu; bardzo dobry kontakt oraz pomocny w każdej chwili. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i odbiór kluczy. Sam apartament fajnie urządzony oraz wyposażony (pralka; zmywarka itd); na wyposażeniu ściereczki; płyn do mycia naczyń; kapsułki do zmywarki czy pralki. W odleglości krótkiego spaceru duży supermarket; wypożyczalnie rowerów, restauracje. Gorąco polecam.

Pros: Uma vista incrível sobre toda a praia , decoração com muito bom gosto , super espacosa, a cozinha com tudo o que é necessário, posso dizer que me senti em casa , a anfitriã Joana sempre disponível para qualquer dúvida ou ajuda, muito perto do centro e claro ! da praia...adorei e vou voltar concerteza.... obrigada Joana 🙏

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Pros: Die Anweisungen der Gastgeberin waren sehr genau und hilfreich, so konnten wir das Haus leicht finden

Cons: Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach großartig. Das Haus ist sehr groß und somit für 4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Die Lage ist ideal, weil man zwar etwas abseits, aber doch schnell am Strand oder in der Stadt ist.

Pros: o lugar é imenso, bem localizado, com uma vista de tirar o folego, tudo bem cuidado e novo. todas as vezes que eu voltar pra porto santo me hospedarei aqui!!!

Cons: as toalhas estavam com cheiro ruim, talvez tenham secado pouco, mas nada que não se ajuste facilmente!!
