Very comfortable house with nice view
Pros: Beautiful house in quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, well furnished with garage, washing room and fully equipped kitchen. The best contact with the owner before arrival and during the stay.
Cons: Quite expensive

Pros: Spacious, nice and modern house, perfectly equipped. Beds are very comfortable. It has 3 bathrooms, which is great for families. There is a laundry room, spacious garage and private parking place in front of the house. It has a spacious terrace with deckchairs and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The house is located in a peaceful countryside area. The hostess is kind and friendly. There was fresh fruits, water and cookies as a welcome gift.
Cons: Some might have trouble getting to the house which is on a steep hill, but this is common in Madeira and we managed it well.

Pros: Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation lief super, das Haus ist groß und hat für fünf Männer perfekt gepasst - Angst vor steilen und engen Straßen sollte man aber nicht haben bei der Einfahrt ;-). All in all absolut empfehlenswert!
Cons: Leider kein Pool, aber das weiß man ja im Vorhinein.

Très bon camp de base pour rayonner dans l'ouest et le nord... et à 15 min de Funchal
Pros: Le calme de l'emplacement. La qualité des prestations. La vue sur la vallée.
Cons: L'absence de vue sur la mer et les couchers ou levers de soleil. La difficulté d'accès : virage serré dans une pente >20% mais nous avons trouvé la solution que notre hôte devrait conseiller = en partant descendre d'abord de 30m puis faire 1/2 tour et remonter.

Pros: Pobyt rodzinny + przyjaciółka. Przede wszystkim bardzo mile przywitanie, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Bardzo ładny, komfortowy dom, dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobra lokalizacja - dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania całej wyspy, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy i piekarnia, restauracyjka. Jeśli wrócimy na Maderę, to do tego lokum. Polecamy szczerze.
Cons: Wszystko było w porządku

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Madeira. Wir haben es genossen.
Pros: Geraumes Haus, alle Bequemlichkeiten: gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine etc. Die Lage: weit weg von dem Touristen und gleichzeitig nah der Stadt Funchal. Die Hausbetreiberin Sidonia war zuvorkommend und sehr nett.
Cons: Wir empfehlen Fliegennetze, da die Mücken sonst nicht zu bekämpfen sind. Es ist eine Insel und das Klima ist für die Insekten ein Paradies 🤪

Pros: A casa é muito espaçosa. 3 quartos, 2 casas de banho e uma cozinha enorme, com todos os utensílios necessários. Cama e sofá confortáveis. A sala tem janelas enormes, entra imensa luz natural. A casa tem garagem e churrasco. Chegamos tarde mas a entrada na casa foi super simples. A senhora sempre simpática e disponível.
Cons: A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Alguns insectos (formigas e baratas), no entanto estando no meio da natureza temos que aceitar que poderão aparecer.

Schöne Villa zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer
Pros: Die Villa liegt zwischen den Bergen und man kann vom Balkon auch auf das Meer weiter weg sehen. Es gab viel Platz, eine rundum ausgestattete Küche, mehrere Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Im Keller gab es noch eine BBQ Ecke und Platz, um ein Auto abzustellen. Auch wenn man noch einmal den Gastgeber nach etwas gefragt hat, hat dieser noch am Tag Fragen beantwortet bzw. Dinge vorbeigebracht.
Cons: Leider hatten wir ein ziemlich großes Ameisenproblem, sie kamen von überall, auch wenn wir das Obst und alles andere in Schränke geräumt haben, waren sie dann plötzlich in den Schränken. (Ein Toaster in der Küche wäre wünschenswert gewesen.) Die Betten sind sehr hart. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt gab es direkt nebenan leider eine Baustelle, auf der sie ab und zu schon um 7 Uhr angefangen haben zu arbeiten, was entsprechend laut war.
