Great location, full equipped apartment, very good communication with the host.

Pros: The communication was great, I like that they had a parking spot right in front of the building, location is great.

Cons: They could’ve provide more towels, at least two more. The shower door was broken and had to use the majority of towels to clean up after each shower. The dish soap was missing as well, and that’s not very convenient.

Pros: The view was amazing! Everything we needed was provided in the apartment, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The only small issue was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the humidity took a while to go away — it kind of lingered in the apartment, so we had to air it out often, but then little bugs would get in.

Pros: Locality, view, apartment space and equipment, good wifi connections

Cons: Humidity in apartment (february/march). You have to choose - open windows all the time which means coldness inside (there is only one really small electric heater) or wet windows and high humidity. I strongly recommend to owner - buy one AC to apartment for heating and dehumidification

Pros: Very good location of the apartment (if you want to stay outside of Funchal which I would recommend). Nice, easy and friendly communication with the team and handover of the apartment. Clean bed and great view outside the bedroom. Team offered to provide fresh towels etc. Dedicated parking slot + WiFi availability Great bakery for breakfast and coffee nearby (Padaria Pastelaria Ponto de Encontro)

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment smells a bit wet & musty as the bathroom does not have a window and it’s not possible to airing the room properly. I didn’t felt home due to that problem and left a bit earlier. Spend the whole time in the bedroom with closed doors and open windows which was ok but not optimal. If you’re sensible with such circumstances then better check https://www.madeirasuntravel.com for another accommodation.

Pros: Nice balcony with view, fully functioning kitchen, modern bathroom with great shower, private parking, hosts very responsive, easy check in.

Pros: The room has all kitchen facilities, washing machine, coffee machine and private parking

Cons: The keys collection was super complicated and required long communication with the owners representors

Pros: Nice appartment with ocean view (from bed :)), clean and comfortable. Perfect parking place infront of the house. Everything ran smoothly and communication with host was easy. We were very pleased by the help of the hosts when there were fires on Madeira and we felt safe and enjoyed our holiday thanks to them. Much appreciated!
