Pros: The bedroom was really nice. Also we were provided with tons of towels. There was a bottle of wine and cake on our arrival.

Cons: It's quite challenging to get to the parking if you are not an avid driver luckily my friend was but it's something to keep in mind while booking. Most of it was great my only complain would be that when we booked it was advertised on the photos with this nice common area and we were never able to use it cuz it looked like a storage all the time we were there. There was tons of clothes drying and hanging everywhere.

Pros: Quiet, cozy, well-furnished apartment with parking space. The hosts had left us a bottle of wine and a cake. The access to the parking lot is a bit steep, but for an experienced driver it is not a problem. I definitely recommend.

Pros: The property was basic good and clean, had everything needed. If you prefer to spend mostly your time out it’s a great place to stay. The view is beautiful from the apartment and the sound of the levadas is so relaxing. Ribeira Brava is a great spot for fishing. Definitely recommend to have a car in Madeira.

Cons: Artificial plastic flowers. Perhaps it is my inner aesthete, but believe, Madeira is so full of natural flowers and greens. It would be nice to have some fresh flowers or just a view.

Fantastic accommodation to explore the island.

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable. We used it as our base to explore the Island. The kitchen facilities were very good although we didn’t do any cooking but had a good sized fridge, microwave and oven. The bathroom is clean and the shower very good. The tv was easy to use and we accessed our Amazon account with ease. Parking was easy with loads of space. Very pleased with our stay.

Pros: We had an amazing vacation thanks to our host Sandra and her sons. The apartment are clean and cosy with amazing ocean view. If you enjoy the silence, this apartments is definetely for you. It's very calm and relaxing during the evenings, and that's exactly what we needed after exhausting hickes along levadas and mountains. There is a grill where you can cook the fish or anything you want. I wish we could return to this place some day...

Cons: It might be a bit chilly in the bathroom in the mornings. But we were on Madeira in April, so during summer time it shouldn't be a problem. The apartment is located on the hill, so you would either need a car or be in a perfect phisical shape. But that's the cost of an ocean view.

Accommodation in Ribeira Brava

Pros: The host was very helpful, she is friendly, replies fast and gave us very useful information. It was a very nice experience for us. She also has a very nice cat. We highly recommend renting a car so you can better enjoy all there is to see there. Also close by is a very nice family restaurant, great food there, very fresh and very savoury.

Good value, decent location, lovely staff.

Pros: The appartment had everything we needed and the staff was nice.

Cons: The road to the driveway was really sketchy, it's probably because we're used to flat and we'll maintained roads in the Netherlands. But we just parked on the end of the road above the appartment, that solved the problem for us.

Pros: The location was great, had really nice views and was a lovely little homely spot.

Cons: We have experience driving there but getting there was a little confusing in the beginning. After getting there once we shared our location it was fine to get around.

We really enjoyed staying here. Every room was clean, the kitchen well equipped, even with a coffee machine. Just beware

Pros: Every room and the kitchen were really clean. Great darkening curtains and quite neighborhood, we slept like babies.

Cons: The location was quite remote and the driveway to the house a but scary, but I understand that is not impressible.

Good accomodation

Pros: The house was clean and very confortable,the kitchen have all you need.We were very pleased with everything.The hoste were very helpfull.Thank you very much.
