Cute, cozy, great host!

Pros: The host is amazing and very caring, pleasant to deal with, without overstepping the boundaries. The location is great also! Well cleaned and cozy for a simple apartment.

Cons: Due to a construction next door and auto repair shop there, there were issues with the noise during the day only (but I work from home from the computer, so at times it would disrupt me, but nothing too horrible) and it also would cause a lack or very limited supply of water. I didn’t escalate it, hoping it would get solved on its own. Once I did, Dayana got super involved and solved it and was very apologetic. So if in any other case, this would cause probably a bigger issue for me, the way that Dayana solved it (even offering me to check out much later so I can take a shower) covered any frustrations I might have had.

Pros: Everything was exceptionally good 😊 helping stuff, was no problem to get into the apartment, and at the end of our staying we could leave our baggage for 4 hours longer then the check out time. The apartment was very clean, cozy, very comfortable bed, all the necessary supplies, even a bottle of red local wine😉👍🍷 different small authentic details of the house design made it very special. I enjoyed staying there, at the real Portuguese house, great atmosphere. From the airport there's a 30min Bolt-ride, for about 30€. Apartment is 15min walk from the local beach, about 5 min to the big supermarket,farmacy and bus station where you take a bus to Funchal only for 3€. Right across the street there is a nice coffee shop with very tasty croissants and cappuccino with very affordable prices. Beautiful sightseeing spot with the other nice beach and a cable car is about 10 min bolt-ride from the apartment.

Pros: Vše naprosto skvěle. Lokalita blízko supermarketu, restaurací, kousek k oceanu. Skvělé umístění na cesty po ostrově. Ubytování skvělé vybavené, čisté. Parkování v garáži. Děkujeme bylo nám u Vas skvěle.

Pros: Komunikace i proces ubytování naprosto bezproblémový. Apartmán byl prostorný a nový. Ocenili jsme především polohu blízko do centra i do obchodu, parkování v garáži, vybavení (MW, kávovar i s kapslemi, pračka, fén, sušák...), terasu. Milý byl i dárek na uvítanou - láhev vína a sušenky. Děkujeme.

Really enjoyable!

Pros: Perfect location for us - 10 mins walk to the beach, 20 mins walk to the track, near a supermarket and lovely cafes, clean property, and helpful owners.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Le logement en soi est très bien! Les chambres sont confortables et l'emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité et il y a une jolie plage. L'équipe Madeira Real est très réactive. Nous avions eu un petit désagrément mais ils nous ont vite trouvé une solution.

Cons: Dans l'idéal, il faudrait une table basse dans le salon et un grille-pain (mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter!)

Boa localização e conforto

Pros: Camas muitíssimo confortáveis. Muito central e acolhedor. Ter estacionamento privado é ótimo.

Cons: Apenas faltou chávenas para café expresso.

Чудове помешкання та зручне розташування

Pros: Найкраще місцерозташування помешкання, якщо в планах і поплавати в океані, і помандрувати островом. Невелике, але приємне містечко з усією інфраструктурою. Будинок в 15 хвилин від комфортного пляжу. В 5 хвилин від великого супермаркету. Ввечері чудово прогулятися набережною або повечеряти в ресторації. З Рібейри починається траса, якою за 25 хвилин ви доїдете до протилежної сторони острова. Дуже-дуже зручно під час подорожі островом. Щодо помешкання - чудове, чисте, комфортне, з великою терасою.

Очень хорошее место! Советую!

Pros: Очень чистый и просторный дом,удобное расположение,все есть рядышком в шаговой доступности. Очень приятные хозяева-общение и поддержка на каждом этапе

Cons: Единственная просьба это стоковый слив в душе(стоит почистить) и регулировка воды в душе(очень сложно настроить так что б не лить кипятком)
