Casa do Farol Guest House

Great location and amenities

Pros: Great location for hikes around the Santana/Sao Jorge/Sao Vicente area, some nice coves and restaurants right on the doorstep. The house is comfortable with all the necessary amenities as well as space for parking.

Pros: Spotless, spacious, and well-equipped apartment with great air conditioning – perfect for two, but easily fits four. Very quiet location with private parking and friendly neighbours (plus visits from a lovely local cat!). An excellent base for hiking, with PR9 and PR1.2 trails 20–30 mins away by car, and local paths starting right at the door. Big supermarket just 10 minutes drive away. Highly recommended for those looking for a quieter spot close to nature

Great stay

Pros: Everything was great, apartment was well equipped, very clean and location is great if you don't want too many ppl around.

Perfect stay for a family

Pros: This is an excellent house for a family of four. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the option to cook a barbecue outside. The area is peaceful at night, and the house is located on a quiet village street. It’s conveniently situated for visiting Madeira’s main natural attractions and beaches. There’s a large supermarket just a 10-minute drive away. The house is new and bright, with comfortable mattresses, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. A friendly ginger cat comes to visit — I really hope he’s doing well!

Cons: One of the bedrooms can smell a little damp if the windows aren’t opened, but that’s just a feature of the island’s humidity

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
