I really enjoyed our staying in this place!

Pros: The place was absolutely gorgeous. There are a lot of old details in the house like the vintage winemaking machine that makes you feel like in some museum. There is a swimming pool with warm water and that’s a big advantage since the weather on the north does not allow to swim in the ocean sometimes. And a pool to spend a nice evening with fun. The house was clean and we also received a sweet welcome basket with fruits, sweets and wine, that was so nice! Beside that there is a nice barbecue place outside where we could prepare some meat, it was really great.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like is that there are cucarachas that are entering the house.

Pros: Very clean, great facilities. Pool area is brilliant (as is having a pool table) and a really interesting old house with a wine press in the cellar! There are lizards and bugs outside, and the odd one may come into the house if you leave doors or windows open but they weren't an issue.

Beautiful cottage, great amenities and location!

Pros: Great location, quiet at night, short walk from the black sand beach and lovely we restaurant/cafe nearby. We rented a car so was great to drive from as only an hour away from Funchal

Cons: Overall the property was great. Only small thing was that the shower-head kept falling off and the rail wasn’t attached, along with some not so clean parts on top of the shower screen and in the units. Small and didn’t affect us badly at all but overall an absolutely amazing place to stay and we would 100% come here again!

Pros: The house is spacious, very comfortable, with bbq place, worm swimming pool and loundry room. Perfect for family stay.

Cons: It is old house (and it is a plus!) but one room was a bit smelly becouse of humidity. We didnt use this room so it didnt bother us much

Pros: We really liked the Seixal, the kids loved the pool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The beds are uncomfortable, there is a problem with the electricity (old house), but these are just small things, everything else is perfect.
