Wonderful, inspiring, ressourcefull

Pros: Beautiful property with absolutely stunning views. Waking up every morning in Seixal was a real pleasure. The beach is within walking distance, making it easy to go for a swim every day, and the black sand beach is truly beautiful. The house is a great base to explore this side of the island. We stayed over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree waiting for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. This place is especially well suited for large groups. I really enjoyed this side of the island even if it’s less sunny than the other side, it feels much wilder, more authentic, and far less developed.

Cons: The bed in the bedroom with the fantastic terasse is a little too small for tall people like me that measure 1m86, the other beds in the bedrooms are fine tho !

Highly recommend a stay here. Would stay again without hesitation if we were a large enough group!

Pros: This house is beautiful!! Great location (albeit a few steps!), To die for scenery, comfortable beds and parking!! These days in Seixal, parking is very much needed. Nothing not supplied, at least there was nothing we wanted that we couldn’t find.

Cons: Nada/Nothing.

Best casa in seixal

Pros: Everything was perfect, the house is big and has a loveky outdoor area for bbqing and chilling. Amazing views. Well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful home away from home in perfect location!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Do Joao da Eira. Rui has thought of all the little details necessary to make it feel like home. The location in Seixal is perfect for a quiet and relaxed getaway with enough amenities to ensure you have everything needed (including a small supermarket and restaurants) We are only sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Pros: Awesome place to stay! Spacious house with everything you need. Stunning mountain views, private, beach and little shop just a short walk away, parking on site, and friendly owner.

Fabulous week with family and friends

Pros: The view was amazing. 3 bathrooms for more people is something very nice to have. Well equipen kitchen. Heaters in bedrooms are very nice on colder nights.

Cons: Too low water pressure in a bathrooms.

Pros: Perfectly situated in the middle of Seixal - close to the beach, with a few nice restaurants nearby. Family run and very nice owners, that even prepared a welcome gift. Highly recommend also for couples!

Cons: nothing!

Pros: Reviews, photos and evaluation in booking do not give a real picture. It is fantastic! We didn't want to leave this house. We have been traveling for many years, but we have never experienced such pleasure and joy from living in this house.

Pros: Beautiful view from the terrace and windows, perfectly equipped kitchen, easy parking.

Cons: Short and narrow beds /I measure 195 cm/, cockroaches occasionally appeared
