Pros: The house was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. I wish all accommodation was of the same standard as here. I give it a 10/10 and thank you very much for the great accommodation which made our stay in Funchal very enjoyable.

Beautiful house with great potential / remove ants and renovate showers and wardrobes in the rooms.
Pros: house located in a poor district but safe and comfortably furnished. Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, next to it laundry room and living room with exit to nice terrace. On the first floor 3 bedrooms (including one with its own wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub and shower). There is another mezzanine but we did not use it. The house has everything you need for comfortable rest. The host is communicative and answers questions quickly
Cons: Minuses and feedback to the host; ants literally everywhere - food has to be hidden in the fridge. The second minus is broken seals and doors in both shower cabins - doors do not close together, seals come away from the glass - it is really easy to repair, especially I do not understand why the owner did not do it… Besides, the furniture on the terrace was falling apart. In two rooms the wardrobe doors are broken.

Luxury with a view
Pros: We had so much space and a great view. Secure parking a plus. The villa was amazing. Welcome goodies on the table. Not in the centre so a 2k walk. The view made up for it. Used Bolt transport all the time in Funchal, very cheap and quick.

We had a great time
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely and felt very at home. The ocean view from the bedroom - simply breathtaking. High quality furnishing in the house, all necessities present. Thank you for the guest presents. Locationwise an amazing starting point for hikes and trips on the island. Parking spot on the property. Quiet neighbourhood, little barking noise from dogs but plenty of mosquitoes. We would gladly be back.

Pros: We were initially uncertain when booking the apartment as it had only one review, but needn’t have been: it corresponded exactly to the photos, and a tree was even decorated for Christmas. The apartment is spacious and newly refurbished, so everything is very well maintained and equipped. The open view is fantastic, but close enough to walk to the town centre (beware steep steps in the immediate neighbourhood, although we liked winding our way between the houses). The property also felt secure. We enjoyed the lower terrace, even though in December didn’t make much use of the outside table or grill. Beds were very comfortable, lots of storage, and toilet(3)/bathroom(2) ratio was appreciated!
Cons: We had a small issue with the sink on arrival, but the property promptly responded via WhatsApp and the maintenance team fixed it the next day. Dogs in the area are quite loud, though expected most places in Funchal.

Piękny dom w doskonałym widokiem
Pros: Wspaniały, przestronny dom, którego największą zaletą jest taras. Poranki z kawą i widokiem na ocean- obłędne. Dom ma trzy bardzo wygodne sypialnie. Jest świetnie wyposażony, dosłownie jak w domu. Jest pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy i ogromna lodówka. Bardzo dobrze działa Wi-Fi. Przy domu, na terenie posesji jest miejsce na zaparkowanie samochodu. Do miasta można dojść schodami w dół. Zajmuje to około 15-20 minut. W drogę powrotną zalecany transport, bo jest ostro pod górę. Miejsce jest naprawdę wartej swej ceny i polecam z całego serca. Zdjęcia odpowiadają rzeczywistości, choć brakuje wiklinowych foteli na tarasie:) Z osobą zarządzającą jest bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt. Wszystkie nasze prośby zostały bardzo szybko wysłuchane. Właściciel zostawił dla nas upominki z Madery, co było bardzo miłe. Dodatkowo w kuchni czekały na nas tabletki do zmywarki, kawa, oliwa i napoje. W pralni były tabletki do prania. W wielu domach tego brakuje. To bardzo miłe i pomocne. Polecamy z całego serca
Cons: To nie jest wada, ale trzeba zdawać sobie sprawę z położenia domu. Raczej polecam posiadanie samochodu, bo nie ma w najbliższej okolicy sklepów i restauracji. To odległość około 2 km. Zmywarka niestety nie domywała naczyń, choć wydawała się działać. Zgłosiliśmy problem obsłudze. Obiecali się tym zająć, więc myślę, że następni goście nie będą mieli już tego problemu.
