Villa Boa Nova Preta by LovelyStay

Top🫶The villa is beautiful.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is stunning. I was very pleased with my stay. I recommend it.

Nice but not perfect :)

Pros: The Villa has a beautiful interior, amazing view, good location on the Hill. It was clean and tidy

Cons: The parking area is not easy to handle, it’s extremel steep. The kitchen had no basics like salt, pepper or papel towel. The pans were old and used, black pieces were peeling off while cooking. Eventhough the villa is a luxury accomodation those small things that make it feel extraordinary were not there. For example, they counted how many days we will be there, and prepared that many trash bags, washing capsules, etc.

Beautiful villa with great views and amenities.

Pros: The view from the villa is spectacular. It was clean and spacious for a family of 5.

Cons: The driveway is very tricky, especially if you have a large car for your group. It is also difficult to find but once we were there we dropped a pin and it was straight forward.

Beautiful with room for improvement.

Pros: The privacy and the style of the home was great. The views were spectacular. The home had a lot of attention to detail in design and had all amenities needed.

Cons: No Clothes dryer. A luxury vila of this price range should have a dryer. Guests should not have to be hang drying their clothes outside which in humid weather doesn't work well. 2- The steep and narrow curved driveway is an issue and guests can easily cause a lot of damage. 3- The staff was resistant to help and quickly tendered to make excuses instead of solve/ provide solutions. 4- Home had an alarm system but staff did not allow us to use it/ provide code claiming they didn't know it.
