Pros: The property was spacious with a very good layout for our group, nicely decorated and had a fabulous outside space, with great views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk into the main town area, which has a lovely beach and plenty of great restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to small queries we had.

Cons: Air-conditioning in bedrooms would make it a 10. However there are fans in the rooms.

Great Villa near beautiful Praia da Luz.

Pros: Beautiful villa 2k from Luz. everything you could need in a lovely location, we enjoyed the downhill walk into the town (20 minutes) but chose to get an Uber back, they were easy to book & very cheap at about 5 euros. management were excellent and provided a great service. Praia da Luz is gorgeous with a beautiful beach and plenty of bars and fine restaurants. Villa is very close to Tomik which is nice for brunch, and also Welweischia which is great for brunch or dinner. We didn’t try the Brazilian restaurant which is also a short walk. very close to bus route for trips into Lagos or Burgau. Excellent holiday.

Cons: no aircon… however the location enjoys a nice breeze which keeps property cooler and fans in all bedrooms.
