Casa do Mar - Luxurious Villa with Swim Spa & sea view

New Year stay - perfect.

Pros: A beautifully presented villa, which was perfect for 8 people - spacious inside and good outside terraces with fantastic views. Ideal location overlooking the beach and a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen & bbq.

Gorgeous large home with everything you need.

Pros: Beautiful home provided a lovely stay with family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom! Location was within walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. Gorgeous view from every floor. Roof top was perfect.

Pros: The location was fantastic! You can walk across the street to jump in the water, if you don’t mind the rocks, or walk 7 minutes to the sandy beach. It was so convenient to be walking distance to the store and restaurants.

Cons: Not much! It was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable and in great condition. Can’t find anything negative.

Gorgeous place to stay in convenient location for the Algarve!

Pros: Gorgeous view, lots of space! The kids loved the hot tub/pool on the roof deck. It was nice to being able to walk into town.

Pros: Location was opposite a vast open bay of blue ocean. Saw exquisite sun rises from the house. Very quiet location of the beach house. Only a few people walking by and a few cars along the one lane road. About a 10 minute walk into the small town with lots of restaurants and the Spar grocery store was amazing for its international and local products (15 min walk or quick drive). Luz is located in the quiet western part of the Algarve with some amazing rocky cliffs and plenty of walking trails. The furniture and bedding were top notch with enormous soft pillows. Huge settees to crash on and sleep in the afternoons! Beautiful soft water and plenty of hot water always available. The owners had created a wonderfully stylish beach house.

Cons: Maybe there should have been an instruction manual on how to use the microwave and induction cooktop, etc. This was a 3 level house and the stairs are all tile with no handrails so carrying things up the stairs was not easy. All bathrooms were on the smallish side so storing toiletries was a bit of a challenge.

Pros: Magnífica casa bien situada, a 5 minutos andando de la playa principal y la zona de restaurantes, con la comodidad extra del garage en una ciudad con poco aparcamiento. Las habitaciones amplias, las camas cómodas, los niños disfrutaron mucho del jacuzzi y la barbacoa

Wonderful, peaceful stay!

Pros: We wanted a quiet and peaceful place to stay with our family of five in the Algarve area, and chose this house in Plaia da Luz. It exceeded all of our expectations. It is a beautiful, contemporary house directly on the water, with panoramic views of the Atlantic and stunning coastal cliffs. It has three levels with outdoor balconies/ terraces and huge windows perfect for taking in the beautiful views. You are a five minute walk from the center of town, with markets, beaches, and wonderful restaurants. The home is immaculately clean and very quiet, and the living spaces and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed if you choose to cook for yourself. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the friendly housekeeper met us on arrival and ensured we had all we needed. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation.

I want to live here.

Pros: This is truly on the water. It has everything you would need for an incredible holiday. The little village of Luz is quaint and friendly. It is a three block walk to the center where there are restaurants, shops and two grocery stores. There is a beautiful beach in the town center as well. The coast is simply beautiful with the rocks.
