Pros: The villa itself is great. It is clean and spacious. So really nice!

Cons: The location is not great. We were first time on Madeira and didn't know it. The temperature on this villa is 5 degree less then in Funchal. So when we had +15, Funchal had +20 and so not heated swimming pool was not useable. And after fires - nearby forests are all burned and nice. And there is no ocean view from the villa, only from bedrooms on the first floor.

Pros: Amazing view with sunset, really big house, modern living room and dining room, washing machine was veru useful for us. Smart TV, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and swimming pool was included. Contactless approach was perfect for us. Many cool views around the locality.

Cons: I have nothing to complain.

Pros: beautiful and comfortable house. Everything is there for a comfortable life. We recommend a place to stay. Great place for a barbecue.

We had a very memorable trip and the property and pool were fantastic.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Property and pool were great. Super Levada walk down the road. Wonderful rural location which is what we were after (may not suit everyone).

Cons: A heads up about entering the property via the key box to get the gate opener to access the road to the property with a vehicle. A couple of issues we had were dealt with extremely quickly.

השקיעה הכי טובה באי ישר מהגינה בבית.

Pros: המקום מדהים. 3 חדרי שינה גדולים ו 2 מקלחות ושירותים. יש המון ציוד בבית, יש אפילו גריל עצים לעשיית ברביקיו, הנוף מהפנט, השקיעה הכי יפה באי ישר מחלון הבית.

Cons: היינו 6 אנשים, 4 בנות מתוכם, לא תמיד נשארו מים למקלחות, צריך לקחת בחשבון. כמו כן המקום נמצא בקצה הדרום מערבי של האי, היינו שם 8 לילות אבל זה הצריך המון נסיעות.

Pros: Ruhige Lage, schöner Blick ins Tal. Netter Vermieter, der auch mal eben schnell den Pool reinigt und auch die Grünanlage pflegen lässt. Wächst alles super schnell, wir waren 14 Tage da. Also wer jammert hat sich wohl komplett verirrt. Preis Leistung passen hier.

Cons: Nix. Wer über die Lage meckert war noch nie auf Madeira. Klar braucht man 1h bis Funchal und das bei mehr als 35 Tunnel!

Pros: A casa em si e o jardim estavam super bem cuidados

Cons: No último dia o Jardineiro saltou o muro para vir tratar do jardim da nossa vila, sem pedir qualquer autorização ou aviso prévio, foi bastante desagradável para nós.
