Pros: We loved Casa Del Mar. A beautiful house in a beautiful part of Madeira. The house was light and airy, fitted out with everything you could imagine and more! Very well maintained and with an exceptional standard of hygiene! We loved the personal touch provided by the hosts Juan and Catia. Lovely, hard working, friendly and welcoming!! Welcome gifts at arrival and departure! Tips and advice for lots of things in the area and on the rest of the island. Regarding the facilities, we particularly loved the cinema, pool table and pool! Thank you so much!
Cons: Quite a tricky blind corner when driving up the hill from Ponta do Sol. Visability for oncoming traffic coming down the hill is terrible, which makes this left turn into the property quite hair raising. We learned the tricks and were able to do it quite proficiently from day 3! 😉 The dog \

Pros: Catia the host is an angel!!! She was so kind and always available even late at night or for urgent requests (she even helped us getting a taxi when we were stuck 2 hours away after hiking!!). Never seen such kindness and we loved her for that!! Thanks again Catia and we will definitely come back firstly for you, and for the spotless amazing house that was beyond expectations!! Bisouuus

Casa perfecta
Pros: La casa es perfecta, cuenta con todo lo necesario y más. Vistas espectaculares, piscina para disfrutar y una casa muy amplia. Todo muy limpio, la persona encargada de darnos las llaves muy detallista y atento. Íbamos con dos bebés y pusieron todo facilidades para tener dos cunas, trona, entrar algo antes a la casa, etc. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento, de lo mejor en lo que he estado

Fantastische accommodatie met heerlijk zwembad
Pros: Alles beviel aan de accommodatie! Niet langer twijfelen, maar meteen boeken als het beschikbaar is. Echt een aanrader en we komen zeker nog eens terug! De host heeft ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Contact verliep heel fijn. De bedden zijn heerlijk. Het zwembad is top! Geen chloor of zout smaak. De gym, pooltafel en bioscoop waren zo leuk voor onze pubers. Parkeren bij de locatie ging goed. Gewoon vooruit erin zetten en achteruit de andere kant opdraaien, dan is er niets aan de hand. Fijne wasmachine en droger. Handdoeken voor bij het zwembad aanwezig. Keuken is heel uitgebreid ingericht. Uitzicht was prachtig over de bergen en zee. Het was een week om nooit te vergeten. Tip: dichtbij ligt het plaatsje Calheta met lekkere restaurants aan het haventje en een grotere supermarkt. En de hike Levada de Minho vonden wij geweldig.

Fantastic Madeira apartment!
Pros: Amazing views, well built and full of extras like a heated pool, gym, washer with dryer, and gated garage. We were very pleased with our stay. Katia was very helpful and accessible to answer questions and suggest local places.
Cons: The location is a little out of the way, so a small car is essential and good driving skills needed, but not too difficult once you are used to Portugal driving. Use the mirror on the street to see if a car is coming from above!

In diesem Haus hat man Alles was man so braucht .
Pros: Sehr schönes , gepflegtes, großes Haus . Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet , mit vielen Elektrogeräten, Zubehör und genügend Geschirr . Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Billardtisch, gym und große Leinwand für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend. Das Haus liegt ruhig, recht hoch über Por do Sol . Zu Fuß ans Meer ist eine Herausforderung, vor allem der Weg zurück. Es liegt sehr zentral , um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden zu erreichen . Man sollte aber ein Auto sich mieten , damit man mobil ist .
