Villas T3 com Jardim Vila Sagres

This is a great find and will be coming back, facilities and location excellent. Very well equipped and garden area with

Pros: Good location for beaches and facilities such as supermarket

Cons: All good

Very good

Pros: Comfortable and spacious villa on the edge of the town but an easy walk to the harbour and restaurants etc.

Cons: Email sent to agree arrival time but no reply was received. Owner did respond very quickly to a phone call upon arrival and handed over the keys.

Pros: Very spacious house in a quiet residential area. Fully equiped kitchen

We go to Sagres every year and have stayed in multiple locations but this was one was by far the best value for money.

Pros: Great location. Lovely space downstairs. One little problem we had was sorted. Even on a Sunday.

Cons: Garden is small but usable. Tv is small but only watched in the evening for sport.

Very good

Pros: Very comfortable and big space, everything you need

Cons: Very clean, good location, parking lot, big amount of space, 2 bathrooms

Nice quality stay in Sagres

Pros: Location is great and house is very nice, especially the backyard. Anabel was also an amazing host and helpful in every way. The rooms had great blinds to keep the light away and there was no noise. The kitchen was functional and the barbecue a nice addition.

Cons: We had some problems with a clogged sink and the upstairs blinds were not working properly. However, Anabel was quick to fix these as soon as possible. The floors were also a bit dirty, especially upstairs as our feet got black when walking barefoot. Overall, the house would need some renovation, especially in regards to the bathrooms.

We can highly recommend the accommodation

Pros: Perfect spacious house in the center of Sagres. The host was very nice and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Cons: The shower downstairs is practically unusable as the shower only dribbled. The water pressure was zero.

Location, size, cleanliness, garden and host were all fantastic

Pros: Location, size, cleanliness, garden, host were all fantastic. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for your stay to cook and clean. Everything was very easy

Cons: The villa needs a bit of a renovation. Upstairs bathroom especially. The shower did not work very well. The kitchen as well needs some love. The bbq is not usable

Nice house close to local beaches - as an investment object the house has no soul

Pros: Large living room and a small garden as well as good air conditioning. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

Cons: The house is not used privately by the owner and it shows. Knifes were only good for butchering tomatoes, there was only a very limited supply of kitchen supplies (spices, oil, etc.) that every tourist would appreciate to have and replace when finished.

Pros: Mit Garten, genügend Platz, mit Kamin, soweit gepflegt und trotz der Größe gemütlich.

Cons: Es bräuchte mal einige kleine Reparaturen - ansonsten okay und gut für größere Gruppen oder Familien.
